Partridge Farm BnB and self contained holiday accommodation on Flinders Island is situated on the southern end of the Strzelecki Range within the eucalyptus trees overlooking Franklin Sound & the outer Furneaux Islands. We are four star Bed and Breakfast accommodation with free range partridges, guinea pigs, Cape Barren geese, deer and dorper sheep, also with a large fruit orchard and olive trees. Partridge Farm has three private modern units and a Gypsy Cabin – relax in comfortable holiday accommodation on your Flinders Island Holiday – all our rooms have panoramic views of Franklin Sound. Access to the island is by boat or plane. We recommend going by plane as it is a lot quicker and more reliable. Peter Barron does chartered flights from Bridport for under $400 and can work to your schedule (in most cases). We recommend staying on Flinders Island for a minimum of 4 nights to ensure you have plenty of time to explore all the natural beauty that is on offer. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Gypsy Cabin

Gypsy is a unique new accommodation for Partridge Farm. Gypsy has been purpose built using beautiful Tasmanian timbers. From this tiny house you can experience spectacular sea views overlooking olive trees and orchard whilst backed on the gum forest. This 4.5 star building is fully self contained. Our guests can also experience Lorraine’s meals for dinner, which are delivered to your room. A Continental Breakfast is also available. Expect freshly baked bread on arrival, 1 litre milk, butter, home made jam. All units have an extensive wine and beer selection.

The Bungalow

The Bungalow overlooks the animal paddock on Partridge Farm and has a double bed and large spa with BBQ facilities. Our guests can also experience Lorraine’s meals for dinner, which are delivered to your room. View the menu here. All units have an extensive wine and beer selection. To receive on day of arrival a loaf of bread, milk, butter and jam.

The Retreat

6’The Retreat’ has a king size bed in a studio room with cooking facilities and BBQ. It is situated amongst large eucalypt gum trees featuring a private outdoor bath with sea views over Franklin Sound. Our guests can also experience Lorraine’s meals for dinner, which are delivered to the Retreat. Menu Here. Continental Breakfast is also available. Expect freshly baked bread on arrival, 1 litre milk, butter, home made jam. All units have an extensive wine and beer selection.
