Our lake is lovely and clean and is great to swim in. We opened up our working cattle and turf farm to promote Hang gliding and paragliding, we believe the more people see it, then the more people may like to come for a tandem flight or learn to fly with us. You can buy a friend or loved one a gift of a life time. Tandem hang gliding gift vouchers are very popular, as you get to take off from the property and flyover you’re campsite and then up to 2500ft. Then come and land right next to your friends and family at the Oz Sky Ranch. We pride ourselves on keeping the property lovely and clean. We are also opening our home and farm to you. So please respect it and enjoy it as we do. We have 5 designated campsites positioned around the property. Within the designated sites, there are camp spots that we rotate. Please check with us to see what ones are open. We need to rotate the sites and rest them. This is how we keep them well-maintained and looking amazing. If it is wet weather we will close down sites and recommend other spots. We pride our self’s on having a lovely property and want you to have an amazing camping experience. If it is bad weather, we will recommend another site or you can change dates. Campfires are allowed at designated camp spots when fire bans aren't in place. Firewood is available to purchase . We have a no dog policy No smoking is allowed on the property, vaping is fine at your own campsite. No glass Policy, bring cans plastic glasses to drink out off. We do have a lot of rule, they are in place to give you a Beautiful environment to Camp in and To look after our Animals and farm. We accept groups however we have strict rules around this, so please discuss with us first. If you are up early in the morning you may be lucky enough to see the best in QLD barefoot water skiers training on the lake and also tandem hang gliders getting towed up from the airstrip. The starting point for the walk is the Settlement Campground at Purlingbrook Falls. The walk is a 54-kilometre trek through the beautiful Springbrook rainforest. You can do a much smaller distance if you prefer and still take in the great views and tranquillity of the rainforest. Pack your walking shoes, a hat and drink bottle and enjoy. See the birds, hear them chirping, be amazed at the beautiful historic trees. A beautiful piece of remnant forest on the bank of the Nerang River, with a swimming hole that is second to none. The tree tent is situated in a small forest clearing overlooking the river rapids. The site has a compact outdoor kitchen complete with refrigerator, an outdoor hot shower, a firepit and a separate composting toilet. Sails are rigged above the tent to provide extra shade and shelter. It's private and shady but only a few minutes from the house. The valley is a gem, only 200 odd people live here. If you love the outdoors - either just to chill or to actively recreate - this place is for you. As an outdoor educator, I have worked and played in the valley and surrounds for more than 25 years and I'm still discovering new things to see and do! Advancetown Lake is a short drive away with paddling, sailing and fishing and no power boats or jetskis (Yeeha!!) There is a mountain bike park on the E side of the dam. You can walk from here to Springbrook and Lamington National Parks and the glow worms at Natural Bridge are a night time "must see".

Beautiful little cabin tucked away amongst the trees, fully set up so you don’t need to leave. Kathryn and Phillip were so accomodating and really made the stay as easy and pleasant as possible. They made fresh bread for arrival and brought up water, ice and firewood when we ran low free of charge! They have built a beautiful fairy garden and look out point at the back which was lovely for a walk through. They really have put in a big effort with it! Outdoor bath was super lovely too by the fire. Highly recommend the property for all the amenities and what it offers and for how lovely Kathryn and Phillip are!

I had the most magical stay in the Treehouse! Such a beautiful area and a stunning backdrop - I loved waking up to the sounds of birds and enjoying a cuppa on the deck. There is a dam on the property for a refreshing dip and the best toilet/shower set-up. Honestly, couldn't recommend this stay enough and although there is access to shops close by, I would recommend bringing some food with you and letting yourself enjoy nature for a few days 🌿

You NEED to experience this place. What a most magical weekend away we had. The outdoor claw foot bath was AMAZING, it was so lovely to soak your stress away while watching the breeze in the trees! Kathryn & Phil have thought of everything you could possible imagine! The attention to detail and all the creature comforts are second to none. We enjoyed drinks by the fire at night and what a pleasure it was to have a beautiful hot shower off grid! The fairy garden is something to be experienced, so much love has gone into this magical space. Sitting having a drink at Lovers Lane is a must do as well. The bed is super comfortable too. Honestly when they say they have everything, they mean it, just pack your clothes, drinks and food everything else (even freshly baked bread & firewood) will be there waiting for you. We will 100% be back, cant rave about this spot enough! Even the possum came to say hello! Do yourself a favour and book this now, you won't regret it for a second.

Our stay at the treehouse was everything we needed for a peaceful reset. Nestled on a beautiful property near Springbrook National Park, we were surrounded by the sounds and sights of nature, pure tranquillity. The space felt private, serene, and perfect for a night by the fire, a homemade dinner, and a cosy board game inside. We had everything we needed. The fairy lights twinkling around the treehouse and the beautiful flower garden made it feel truly magical, like stepping into a little hidden haven. The owners were so lovely and welcoming, clearly pouring so much passion and care into both the treehouse and their property. They made us feel right at home and shared some great local recommendations, including a refreshing swim at Hart Bridge and a coffee and plant shop at a gorgeous nursery café down the road. Plus, we loved saying hello to all the friendly cows on the way there! It was the perfect nature escape, peaceful, thoughtful, and full of charm. We couldn’t recommend it more.

They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing and also made sure our pooch was comfortable and happy as well. The space has everything you need. Games inside to keep entertained. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. Little touches like having the fire pit loaded with fire wood, to fresh baked bread, blankets, Cushions outside. Everything to make our stay easy and straight forward. The fairy garden is the sweetest thing ever, a child dream. Lots of pockets to sit and relax in nature. Mystic Adventures is not just a cabin, it is a passionately thought out love child of 2 wonderful accomodating people. The cabin is equipped thoughtfully with everything you need and backs on to a carefully manicured and simply magical fairy garden. There are all of the benefits of camping from enjoying the stars to having possums come to check you out with all of the benefits of home, a fully and thoughtfully equipped kitchen, warm shower and all the linen and cushions you could imagine. The website cannot do this place the justice it deserves, it’s much bigger than it looks and Kathryn runs a coffee van as well if you need anything at all. They supplied freshly baked homemade bread and jam that was to die for and were more than responsive if we ever needed anything. Mystic adventures is more than a cabin, it is a cosy and comfortable home away from home and we will be back again and again and again. Thank you Phill & Kathryn we had the most wonderful time and I feel refreshed and revitalised. Kathryn, your hard work and love is evident in every corner of that cabin and garden. I can’t wait to see how it evolves.

We loved a few quiet nights away at this hidden gem. We booked at short notice and had no issues finding the place with clear instructions. The site was perfect, camp fire and bench seats was a lovely little spot to sit back and watch the stars while roasting a few marshmallows. The basic toilet was an appreciated touch for the females in our group. Very private spot, did not see the host (no need - but they were very attentive and quick to respond to messages with questions) it felt very secluded though only a short drive from the town to grab supplies. The horses came down to the damn for a nightly visit which was quite magical. A few local sights worthwhile to visit like the lookout and suspension bridge which is home to beautiful turtles. The locals of laidley were super friendly and we had some great food from the local chippo and bakery. If you are looking for a comfortable off grid stay (dog friendly too!) this place ticks all the boxes. Thanks so much, hope to return sometime!

Five wonderful nights spent tucked away at Eagles Rest in Findon Creek. Nestled in lush green hillside, this thoughtfully designed, purpose built home provided a peaceful sanctuary. We enjoyed everything from outdoor showers to refreshing dips in swimming holes and relaxing evenings around the fire pit under a star spangled sky. The space allowed us to be completely at one with nature, being surrounded by an abundance of bird song. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we look forward to a return visit. Weekend Trip to Crystal Creek Rainforest Treehouse
We stayed for two nights at the Crystal Creek Rainforest Treehouse and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we’d stepped into our own little hideaway in the rainforest. The setting is so peaceful — surrounded by trees, bird calls and nothing but nature. The treehouse is cosy, well set up, and had everything we needed. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the Aneta was very friendly and super helpful. A really relaxing and unique getaway — we will definitely come back!

Bimbi farm is a 40 hectare cattle farm in Tuntable Creek offering camping, a cottage and a villa. It is a very calm and beautiful place which includes natural and regenerated rain forest. It is full of natural flora and fauna, koalas, wallabies, echidnas and hundreds of different species of birds. Bimbi means 'bird' in the language of the Widjabul people of the Bundalung nation, the land on which our farm is situated. The property is 5 minutes from the Channon which has the general store, post office and fuel, plus the well renowned tavern. It is an easy drive to the stunning Protestor and Minyon Falls, Rocky Creek Dam, Whian Whian and Nightcap National Parks, Nimbin, Clunes, Eltham and Bangalow. All offer great opportunities for exploring. We are 20 minutes from Lismore and 45 minutes to the coast, Byron and Ballina.
