'Weefarm' is situated on a picturesque bend of the Brisbane River near Fernvale and is accessible by 4WD only. Kids are free to 17 so if you have children between 12-17, please include them in the "children" booking. We provide an exclusive booking for you on absolute river frontage for tents and camper trailers. Spend your time swimming, fishing, canoeing or simply sipping a cold drink on the pontoon under the umbrella. With an easterly aspect you’ll want to spend the morning swimming or exploring the riverscape and when the afternoon shade sets in light the campfire and put your feet up. Please note... our campsite has been ongoing since 2017 and campers have kindly shared their many happy memories. Over the years, things change. Please take the photos lightly. There is no vehicular boat ramp but still excellent access for other small watercraft. Due to the steep track to the camp area we insist on 4WD’s only - though you can walk down if feeling energetic! Please bring drinking water and a desire to leave the riverside just as you found it. We have enough room for around 20 people in tents or camper trailers. Portaloo toilet available at the campsite. Campfires are permitted in the circle but please be mindful of any restrictions. You can purchase firewood from us if needed. Dogs are also welcome but must stay with you at all times. Christmas Creek Cedar Cabin is a Tiny Home in the Scenic Rim. Positioned on a hill above Christmas Creek to take in the views, were you can watch the sun rise over Little Widgee Mountain and the sun set over the mountains to the west. This fully contained cabin is approximately 30 square metres and features a small veranda out the front facing Little Widgee Mountain and Buchanans Fort. The best place we’ve ever camped! We had an amazing time at Sarah’s farm. We chose the site called Mango, and it had the most beautiful view we’ve ever seen. It was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly cozy. Just 15 minutes after we arrived, while we were sitting outside, a koala crawled up a tree only about 10 meters from our van—an absolutely unforgettable experience! Sarah was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and she made us feel safe and at home from the moment we arrived. We truly wish her all the best and would love to come back someday.

As a return visitor to Weefarm, it is nothing short of magical and highly inviting. This time, my son and I returned with a number of a friends to enjoy a wonderful few days of relaxing, swimming, fishing and camping. There was even an engagement amongst our friends to celebrate. We spent a week, including Christmas Day, at Christmas Creek and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Our site (1) was private and very sheltered from the elements. The cows were friendly ... and there was plenty of good distance between other campers.

Absolutely the best hipcamp we've visited so far. The serenity and privacy is exactly what we look for. To camp, how we like to camp and not have to listen to 'neighbours' and their way of camping all day and night! This is the third time this year we camped at Kerry's property. Site 5 is our favourite, with its private swimming hole and fenced area to keep the inquisitive cows away. The whole place is very secluded with plenty of shade. This is the best private camping site very close to Brisbane. We will be back for sure.

Sarah's place is superb. Fabulous views across the valley to the mountains opposite. Abundant birdlife. Swaggers and Mango sites may have the best views, but we had Abrahams - which also has great views, but benefits from having lots of privacy. The nearest other site was maybe 100 metres away. Only four sites on a huge property. I loved the copious supply of free firewood. We had a fire each night. It was so peaceful. Hardly any bother from mozzies or midges. There may be no showers, but we really enjoyed our stay here. After some harsher nights camping up in Queensland, Sarah's place restored our faith in camping as a peaceful, soulful way to spend ones evenings, nights and days. Superb. Thank you, Sarah,

Perfect place for a family getaway. The horses were incredibly friendly and gentle, just like dogs, which was a big highlight. The views were beautiful, the breeze was lovely, and the toilets were clean and well maintained. Everything was comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families — we would love to come back again.

Amazing place, our campsite was nice and flat and beautifully kept. The place is like a golf course it’s that well looked after. Toilet is basic and no sink available to use, but I will be back again nonetheless. Thanks!
