Then come and land right next to your friends and family at the Oz Sky Ranch. We pride ourselves on keeping the property lovely and clean. We are also opening our home and farm to you. So please respect it and enjoy it as we do. We have 5 designated campsites positioned around the property. Within the designated sites, there are camp spots that we rotate. Please check with us to see what ones are open. We need to rotate the sites and rest them. This is how we keep them well-maintained and looking amazing. If it is wet weather we will close down sites and recommend other spots. We pride our self’s on having a lovely property and want you to have an amazing camping experience. If it is bad weather, we will recommend another site or you can change dates. Campfires are allowed at designated camp spots when fire bans aren't in place. Firewood is available to purchase . We have a no dog policy No smoking is allowed on the property, vaping is fine at your own campsite. No glass Policy, bring cans plastic glasses to drink out off. We do have a lot of rule, they are in place to give you a Beautiful environment to Camp in and To look after our Animals and farm. We accept groups however we have strict rules around this, so please discuss with us first. If you are up early in the morning you may be lucky enough to see the best in QLD barefoot water skiers training on the lake and also tandem hang gliders getting towed up from the airstrip. Axe throwing has recently become popular within the city, if you must try it on the property , bring a board, our trees are not to be used as targets. Stay out of our gated paddocks. It can be a steep or slippery walk down to the creek, depending on the weather and if the creek has recently risen or flooded. Easily accessible by 2WD as long as its not too wet. Suitable for tents, caravans, RVs etc Dogs allowed but must be supervised at all times and chained/locked up at night or if being a nuisance. All campers must be fully self sufficient. NO TOILETS NO ELECTRICITY NO WATER Camp fires permitted but subject to local fire bans/restrictions. BYO firewood. Firewood also available for purchase from neighbours just up the road. They are so significant that they are listed on the Queensland and National Heritage Register as a landscape of national significance. Walking tracks lead through a variety of open forests to lookouts with panoramic views of the mountains. Some tracks are suitable for all levels of fitness and others include more challenging grades including rock scrambling skills. There are other challenging summit routes and climbing sites for experienced rockclimbers and abseilers. Or you might want to pull up a hammock and just laze the day away.

Quiet camp area on Creek bank. A short walk down the bank to shallow to mid depth running water, perfect to sit and chill out in, or watch the kids splash around. Plenty of shade down by the creek. It can be a steep or slippery walk down to the creek, depending on the weather and if the creek has recently risen or flooded. Easily accessible by 2WD as long as its not too wet. Suitable for tents, caravans, RVs etc Dogs allowed but must be supervised at all times and chained/locked up at night or if being a nuisance. All campers must be fully self sufficient. NO TOILETS NO ELECTRICITY NO WATER Camp fires permitted but subject to local fire bans/restrictions. BYO firewood. Firewood also available for purchase from neighbours just up the road. Our farm features lush, green rolling hills with a river, creek and dam traversing the property. There are undulating hills with pockets of forest. The campsites are nestled in the groves of trees next to the creek. There's some great swimming spots, or you can go for a bushwalk and do a spot of fossicking on the water's edge. Some parts of our property are 4WD access only, but we also have good camping spots that can accommodate 2WDs. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. We have a tranquil camp area on Bungo Creek flats, great for families to enjoy nature, and a beautiful private site on the Ridge, with expansive, peaceful views.  The creek campsites have easy access to the toilets and non-potable water.  Coorie Vale is perfect for nature lovers and adventurers - go rock hopping exploring the creek and relax under the stars around the campfire.  It is steep country down to the creek, so a 4WD is an absolute must. Please note, if there is lots of rain, the track to the creek can get very muddy and difficult. If access is compromised due to weather, there are alternative spaces you can set up camp. We accept tent and 4WD camper trailers only, please no caravans or motorhomes. Our property is dog-friendly, keeping in mind it is a working cattle property.  Children under 12 stay free. Took our camper trailer to Dead Tree Alley really enjoyed the camp site. Guy was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Highlight was getting to feed the huge variety of animals on his property. The grounds are kept very tidy and hot shower and a toilet was great.

We absolutely loved staying at the creek sites at corie vale... the drive down was definitely 4wd only.. but very worth it when you get there.. the creek was great to cool off and even went rock hopping and found a lovely waterfall and swim hole... tony was such a lovely host and very welcoming with his beautiful doggo.. will definitely be coming back to this beautiful part of the world thats not too far from home

This host is named Guy. He is awesome - made my stay very pleasant. I did the animal feeding experience, extra feeding bucket , and got some fresh eggs from the host. I highly recommend adding these to your booking. The site is clean and private, with magnificent views of the surrounding hills and mountains The onsite 24/7 toilet and showers (with hot water) was the best. 10/10 !!

Guy and his family were welcoming and gave clear directions on how to get to the property and where to setup camp. The kids especially enjoyed feeding the animals. They have horses, ponies, cows, sheep, goats, alpacas, chickens, turkeys and even free-range guinea pigs. The animals were very friendly and the ponies and chickens were very curious about what we were eating and came very close to us and the ponies allowed the kids to pat them. We pre-purchased a bucket of animal feed when we made the booking. Animal feed times are at 5.30pm and 8.30am. We camped near a tree towards the top of the driveway. The tree was decorated with festoon lights which provided a nice light to the bathroom at night. We got to see a shooting star and the kid's thought they might have seen Santa's sleigh. It was a great first time camping trip for us. Thanks Guy.

Without a doubt, I’ll be going back! The Train Station was such a phenomenal spot. A good sized flat clearing tucked high above the world with the most spectacular views. The track to the site was super fun and a little more challenging than expected! A capable 4WD is a must as there are a few rocky step ups. No, your AWD Tesla will not make it. You pass signs to other sites but you can’t see or hear them at all, you feel totally separated from the world! Book the trip, you will not regret it!! 🙌🏼

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. Multiple natural springs exist on the property and a few small spring-fed waterholes are scattered down the cascading hills. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area. UPDATE as of late July 2025 - the creek is dry.. Some of our tracks are rutted and may become slippery in wet weather. We do basic maintenance to keep access open for 4WDS. Be prepared to apply your 4WD skills. Kobble Creek West is accessible from several locations on our property boundary. Ideal for creek exploring and rock hopping. There’s even a small lagoon now awaiting. Check out the short hiking trails on our property (there are hike options suitable to your preferred difficulty). Bring your machete for an even greater hiking experience! You can relax by or in the spring fed dam, explore seasonal Kobble Creek, feed the chickens or goats, spot the abundant bird life, or sit patiently and a deer or fox may appear at dusk. Enjoy the evenings sitting around the campfire as you gaze at the stars. All sites have sufficient spacing from other sites to ensure acceptable privacy. You are welcome to enjoy our off-grid camping with the expectation that facilities are minimal. NOTE: Surcharges exist for a number of circumstances, including day visitors and single-night bookings. These can be found in the Extras and must be added at the time of booking for your request to be accepted. NOTE: Please also indicate that you are 4WD and your camping platform and size as you book. This enables us to site you appropriately. NOTE: Each site has a stand alone camping toilet bucket, located behind a small shade cloth screen near your camp site. Bring your togs and floaties to cool down in the waterhole on the Albert River. Don't forget the marshmallows to roast on the fire at night (firewood provided). Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest. All campsites have basic toilet facilities (a portaloo) and firepit (with a free bag of kindling provided). Stockyard Creek Campsite also includes a picnic table. Exclusivity is a feature of all our campsite and for that reason we only take a flat rate booking. Once you have booked no one else will be able to camp at the site, it is all yours.
