Weekend Trip to Nine Mountains Glamping
No hotel, hostel, airbnb, campground or anywhere we've ever stayed has come close to the level of care and thoughtfulness that Nine Mountains Glamping has been created with. From little nooks in the table next to the hot tubs for your wine glass, to extra hooks on the bathroom door for robes, to citronella candles for any bugs (which weren't an issue at all), a choice of matches or lighters for the fire, the butter being pre-cut up into usable knobs, turf outside the tent entrance so you can put your shoes on comfortably, the world's most comfortable hammocks with pillows included...the combination of Greg's beautiful woodwork and clever craftsmanship with Lou's eye for every detail of comfort and practicality you could ask for and the beautiful pocket of the world they have here is an absolute recipe for a joyful weekend. The guest book is full of all sorts of people saying "this was just what we needed" - in this crazy world with the bustling lives we all live Lou has generously poured her heart into creating a wonderfully peaceful sanctuary.

2 nights at Nine Mountains Glamping
We recently stayed at Nine Mountains Glamping to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by serenity—it truly is nature at its most peaceful and soul-nourishing.
The setting is absolutely breathtaking. Tucked away in the heart of the Glasshouse Mountains, this glamping retreat offered us the perfect blend of luxury and stillness. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the outdoor bath under the stars, has been so thoughtfully designed—it’s clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating this space.
A special thank you to our incredible hosts, Lou and Grey. They were so welcoming and warm, and they’ve genuinely thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and unforgettable. From the little touches to the big comforts, nothing was missed.
Sipping coffee with a mountain view, unwinding in the outdoor bath, and simply breathing in the beauty around us—it was the perfect way to celebrate someone I love so deeply. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and so grateful for the experience.
Nine Mountains is a true sanctuary. We can’t wait to return.

Great to be away from the crowds.
Close enough to Eumundi market, Coolum and inland waterfalls.
Piggyback Thai was a sensational suggestion for dinner.
We loved having a warm outdoor shower/bath.
Very nice to be allowed to stay at Katrina's property.

This is a slice of heaven and not to be missed. The views, the animals, the outdoor bath/shower/toilet are all so lovely. Definitely book the bath - it was amazing star gazing while having a soak.
There’s good phone reception and it’s close to Noosa. Couldn’t recommend more.

We loved camping on the hill the views were absolutely stunning at sunset! And the fog in the morning as the sun was coming up felt so magical. Also definitely recommend the animal feeding and snuggling with the dwarf goats and chickens🥺 also the bath is also a must have especially in the winter time😁

Weekend Trip to Nature's Edge Cottage & Campsites.
Loved the effort that was put in prior to our arrival, the outside fire place was full and ready to go which helped with our late check in,
The house was clean and tidy with clear instructions on how everything worked in case anyone was unsure and didn't want to ask.

Happy Haven had all the extras you could possibly want in a camp site! With an ensuite, outdoor bath, bar fridge, fire pit, privacy, easy access, a FLYING FOX that the kids went cuckoo for and firewood available on site ($15 cash a bag) it was nothing but perfection. Like other reviews, the road traffic noise off in the distance is noticeable but it’s most certainly not a deal breaker by any means. Katrina and her husband were welcoming and accomodating. Reasonably quick communication on the app and the location is great. We had to depart a little early due to the weather but will definitely return soon!

Weekend Trip to Turkey's Nest Rainforest Cottages
Loved the cozy get away at the Macadamia Lodge.
Being able to disconnect from the world and enjoy each other's company was just what we needed to hit pause on our busy lives. No social media, no news, no rushing around. Just relaxing.
The boardgames provided were more than enough to keep us entertained and the fireplace was warm enough for the whole room well into the night.
Was a very successful surprise birthday get away for us and we definitely highly recommend visiting!
If you're one to enjoy a movie or two, Rosemary and Russell are more than happy to provide a tv and DVD player.

Happy Haven was an absolutely stunning site. Very easy to navigate and flat site made it simple to unpack. The outdoor bath was superb and added a little luxe to the experience. It was very peaceful and quiet. Occasional faint noise of cars but that’s to be expected and did not at all disturb the experience.
I look forward to coming back some point soon.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Hipcamp! The view was stunning — the kind that makes you stop and take a deep breath — and the whole place had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The area was beautiful and secluded. The sun hit the site in the early morning. Perfect for your morning coffee. The sunsets behind the sight with a perfect view from the outdoor tub. The water temp in the outside tub and indoor shower was perfect. Which is great for winter camping. There was a list of things to do in the local area. We booked for a romantic getaway and everything was perfect. We would come again and absolutely recommend booking here. Side note: it’s also perfect for families. Enough space for multiple tents. Our only complaint was the fridge wasn’t cold. However, it was freezing so our eski ice didn’t even melt and we stayed for 2 days. Happy camping ☺️

We recently stayed at Tranquil Valley Noosa with our dog and had the most amazing experience. The farm is full of thoughtful touches that make it feel incredibly cosy and welcoming.
Being surrounded by animals makes the visit truly special. The animal tour was a highlight—it was both informative and heartwarming, with plenty of opportunities for cuddles and learning about the farm routines.
Our dog absolutely fell in love with Max, the friendly farm dog. They played together non-stop and had the best time!
And of course, the stunning view from the campsite is simply breathtaking—it helps you disconnect from everything and just enjoy the moment. We’re so glad we visited this place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a bit of farm magic!
