Rainforest Gateway is located approximately 8klms along Grady's Creek Road, just 20 klms north of Kyogle and 15 klms from the Queensland border on the popular scenic tourist route, Lions Road. Kyogle is a bustling town with an IGA supermarket, MTB riding tracks, lovely gift shops, cinema, bowling alley, and a selection of dining outlets. For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, the Border Ranges National Park is a short drive away. Please note Lions Road is temporarily closed for road repairs, however, we CAN still be reached on Gradys Creek Road off Summerland Way. The road closure is another 10+ klms further down the road. Rainforest Gateway is located approximately 8klms along Grady's Creek Road, just 20 klms north of Kyogle and 15 klms from the Queensland border on the popular scenic tourist route, Lions Road. Kyogle is a bustling town with an IGA supermarket, MTB riding tracks, lovely gift shops, cinema, bowling alley, and a selection of dining outlets. For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, the Border Ranges National Park is a short drive away. Please note Lions Road is temporarily closed for road repairs, however, we CAN still be reached on Gradys Creek Road off Summerland Way. The road closure is another 10+ klms further down the road. Five wonderful nights spent tucked away at Eagles Rest in Findon Creek. Nestled in lush green hillside, this thoughtfully designed, purpose built home provided a peaceful sanctuary. We enjoyed everything from outdoor showers to refreshing dips in swimming holes and relaxing evenings around the fire pit under a star spangled sky. The space allowed us to be completely at one with nature, being surrounded by an abundance of bird song. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we look forward to a return visit. This is the best dog friendly property l've yet to find. Dog towels, bowls and blanket provided. Dogs allowed off leash and such great swimming holes along the creek. Very peaceful at night. Cabin had everything l needed, very tastefully decorated. Highly recommend and hope to get back there again. Had a 2 night stay but could have easily stayed longer, unfortunately the real world was calling

We loved staying in JB's Cabin at Valley's End. It was the perfect space for two families to enjoy a relaxing weekend away. The outlook from the decks of the cabin is beautiful and the whole area so peaceful. Kids loved exploring the creek! We enjoyed having both the inside and outside fire places and the small space heaters in the bedrooms came in handy on a particular chilly morning! My small suggestion would be to add hooks or towel racks in the main bathroom. Thank you Jane and Andrzej for sharing you little piece of paradise with us and your warm hospitality.

The spa is treated with chlorine and has a new filter. Minimal maintenance may occur, and you'll be informed in advance. Electricity is dependent on Energex; outages due to natural disasters are beyond our control. Your host is always just a phone call away, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
