Named after the distance from town (3km) and the acres it's nestled upon (10), Tiny Three Ten is an architecturally designed eco accommodation, built-in 2021, and thoughtfully crafted to make the most of the natural landscapes surrounding you.
Tiny Three Ten is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable, luxurious getaway. Still, it also comes with that sense of simplicity that gives you the space you need to feel blissfully removed from the rush of modern life.
The minimalist design includes a queen loft bed and a separate single and is designed for a maximum of two guests. Also included is a quiet study nook.
We don't have any WiFi, but there is Telstra and Optus mobile reception, so instead of television and computers, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the deck or immerse yourself in the silence.
Whether it's retreat and relaxation you seek or soul-filling action and adventure, we've ensured that Tiny Three Ten has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. A day of outdoor activities is easy from your base - explore the Fosterton loop and have a picnic or a cool dip in Williams River at the Fosterton bridge, or pedal the 25km of trails at the Dungog Common Mountain Bike Park.

Waukivory Estate is in the midst of dairy and cattle country and 20 mins from the heart of Gloucester being the closest town to Barrington. With a swimming hole on each boundary and a river/creek winding through the property. It is a pilot site for a foliage farm that our donkeys Daisy and Duke keep a watchful eye on.
It is a perfect location to head up into the Barrington mountains or over to our amazing east coast on day trips.

Honestly, I can’t even remember the last time I spent so long just watching the stars at night and feeling completely relaxed. It was such a special experience.
Everything about our stay was lovely - it was by far the nicest place we came across and the perfect spot for some peace and quiet compared to others we’ve seen around the area.

P.S. We already miss your dogs - they completely stole our hearts and made our stay very special 😊

We had such a lovely stay at La Maison. Francois and Renee were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean with plenty of room and facilities to cook for ourselves. The view was lovely. It was very peaceful looking out of the hills and listening to the cows mooing. We could only stay one night but will be back next time we want a retreat in the country.

Fantastic place to get away from all the hustle and bustle we call life, have been here multiple times now loved it each time! This is our go to place for a getaway, Jacci & her husband are extremely accomidating and so pleasantly nice they make the experience that much nicer, would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and doesnt mind some furry and feathered friends walking around their camp site. Oh and also there's a pool!

Absolutely incredible location. Everything about the tree house was made with comfort and pure relaxation. The kangaroos that visit you are so sweet and was the possum. Lizards and birds, just beautiful. Heather, you have made that Treehouse a home for any to come, right down to the cutlery and beautiful bedding. Thankyou for designing a stunning tranquil home we have foreever remember this holiday, will be sure to be back again and again!

Weekend Trip to Oakenville Farm, Nundle
I had the most magical time away at the Oakenville Farm Bell Tent. What a blissful adventure. From the beautiful Birdlife to the quirky chickens every part of my stay here felt like a home away from home. The lovely Rachel could not have been a more hospitable host, she was always around if you needed a hand or just a good old chat (which I definitely loved to do😂). The best way to spend the long weekend and get away to totally switch off.
The tent was beautiful, comfortable and spacious, filled with plenty of blankets and a small heater to stay warm during the cold nights. I highly recommend this beautiful location to anyone who wishes to get away without having to organise anything except food and transport.
Thank you so much to the beautiful people I met along the way on this peaceful adventure. It's definitely one I will cherish ❤️✨

Rachel was very friendly and helpful.Loved our little getaway.Bed was comfortable and plenty of blankets to keep us warm .Bath and shower were charming with plenty of hot water.Kitchen basic but that was fine for us to cook breakfast.Only a 1km walk to pub for dinner and out and about for lunch.Did not use camp fire but there was plenty of wood available.Maybe take your camp esky to store your food and drinks..Dont forget to try the donuts up the Main Street.

Loved it! The treehouse was so cosy and peaceful, it was beautiful to be surrounded by bushland and wildlife. The cabin was well equipped with what need and the bed was super comfy!
Make sure to take a long soak in the outdoor bath, this was my favourite part of the stay and so relaxing!

Amazing stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The Bell tent was great !!!! We loved the space, the property is quiet and well spread out. There were some Tent campers at one end of the property; which didn't bother us at all; as they where quite a good distance away. Can thank the host enough; he was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again.

What an amazing experience! Full of rustic charm the site has all amenities- cooking area, flushing loo, bath, shower and the most comfortable double bed in a spacious yet very cosy tent with deck area for dining and enjoying the glorious views in the day and star gaze by night.
The site is in walking distance to Nundle with its quaint shops, cafes and pub, a short drive to Hanging Rock and its various forest walks and Sheba Dams for a refreshing dip. A great place to enjoy nature and perfect for birdwatching and wild life spotting!
Rachel & Gibbo were perfect hosts, giving me plenty of privacy and I was honoured to have the company of Laddy and Fonz, 2 chilled out friendly dogs, for a daytime play and an evening snuggle!
I would highly recommend the Bell Tent for an escape from the hassles of the modern world!

We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and comfortable bell tent. The campfire and stargazing at night made it extra special. We loved the company of the two friendly dogs, and the facilities were excellent – clean toilets and a refreshing rainwater shower. A truly memorable and relaxing experience!

3 nights at Carawirry Forest Escape
The cottage was a stunning place to spend the weekend even though it rained so we didn’t get to explore as much of the bush as we would have liked. Loved the maps which greeted us with so many surprising options to explore. We walked lyrebird and yowie tracks which were challenging but very rewarding. No lyrebird sightings this time round but definitely worth the climb up the side of the mountain. Had a lovely time chilling with the walleroos in the outdoor tub after that one!
