Kingaley is 20 acres of bliss, only 2.5 hours from Sydney. Kingaley offers a pet-friendly, entire farm stay experience with a rustic fire-heated 2-person outdoor bath, fruit orchard, olive grove, cattle, and a perfectly situated house on the banks of the river. Activities such as swimming, fishing, canoeing, hiking, and paddling are all part of this relaxed experience. Only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Newcastle, Kingaley is the place to stay if you want to get away and soak in a relaxed environment. Our gorgeous boujee farmhouse was designed to capture river views from every room. The house has 2 large main bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and 2 additional double bedrooms. It features a beautiful lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, and a separate TV room. The balcony offers magical alfresco dining as the sun sets over the river, and we now have a fire-heated outdoor stainless-steel bathtub for two with river views. Outside, the farm side offers a large BBQ area with another dining table (three dining areas in total). A classic fire pit among the gardens completes the many spaces Kingaley offers. The entire house is available for use, including 4 bedrooms, sitting room, TV room, dining room, laundry, and kitchen, plus a wraparound deck with views over the river. Kingaley is a truly special place—the house is beautiful and welcoming, the land is rich, and the location is sublime. We love seeing guests slow down and fully enjoy the farm experience: feeding the horses, soaking at sunset, hanging out with the cows, fishing, swimming in our beautiful stretch of the Williams River, bike riding, taking peaceful morning walks along country roads, sharing a BBQ with friends, or relaxing by the fire with a drink at the end of the day.
