The kitchen is complete with a microwave, stove, portable gas oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and a lovely country-style sink, along with dishware and cutlery. You will find all that you need to relax and enjoy a stress free getaway.
The bathroom boasts a comfortable sized shower, free standing clawfoot bath (found on the property and restored by the owner) and a flushing toilet - enjoy the heated flooring on the cooler winter nights!
The Woolshed is approximately 200 meters away from the main house, you may see the owners, their children and dog walking around or driving past from a distance, however The Woolshed area will be solely yours during your stay.
The Woolshed itself has a lovely veranda with table and chairs, that provides a picturesque spot to sit and admire the view up the paddock.
The Woolshed is rustic and open to the elements, so be mindful that it can be cold in winter and warm in summer. The shed has 4 extra large fans and for the cooler months an internal woodfire (firewood can be purchased under 'Extras'). All 3 beds have electric blankets, the 4th bed, a trundle does not so please pack extra blankets. Don't feel like making beds on holidays, let us do it for you (linen hire available under 'Extras').

Pets are definitely welcome, but please be sensible and do not bring them if they are aggressive. Please pick up after him/her (there is nothing worse than stepping in a dog dropping).

We would like to advise that entry to our beautiful property is a dirt road and does have mounds. The road has just been upgraded and although has dirt mounds is quite easy. Weekend Trip to Cranky Rock Hunter Valley
Such a beautiful experience! We loved our stay here at Cranky Rock. The cabin is so unique with so many cool details, the more you look the more you find. The property is also incredible! We stayed with our dog who loved the horses and we also spotted multiple deer which I’ve never seen before so was thrilled about that. The hosts Pam and Lindsey were so welcoming and lovely, made us feel so at home. The best part, it’s dog friendly so you can bring your fur babies! We had such a great time here and thank you so much for having us 🩷

We had an amazing experience, largely thanks to the incredible location and how comfortable everything was. Set in a peaceful, scenic spot, it felt wonderfully secluded while still being easy to access. The accommodation itself was exceptionally comfortable and felt cozy while still being so spacious . The set up made it so easy and all the necessary cooking utensils were provided which made the cooking situation a breeze , would highly recommend to anyone.

Matt and Jenna are super friendly and helpful.
The land was beautiful and we loved that we could explore some bush tracks on the property. The amenities were nice and clean and they even have a family friendly shower room which was really helpful! We will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed this weekend at the woolshed and had a great time, the shed was nicely decorated and everyone enjoyed a good soak in the tub.
We woke up to beautiful views and horses running passed. There was a playful puppy that came every now and then to play with our kids (there favourite part of the stay)
We explored the land and found some beautiful spots along the creek.
We plan to stay again in the future

Weekend Trip to Wattle Valley Farm
Thank you Mat and Jenna for having us !! When we arrived Mat was so welcoming and showed us where everything was, the property is so big and beautiful plenty of space for everyone to pick there camping spot.
The bathrooms and showers were well maintained and very clean. This place is nice for families and couples.
If your someone who wants to sleep on a bed the cabins are perfect as you can sit outside all night in front of the bon fire then go inside to your cabin to sleep!!
Wifi wasnt to bad !! but if you need to make calls to fam and friends you can just walk up closer to the main house :)
I would def come back here again ❤️
There is also a small spot in the town 7 mins away with 2 cafes me and my partner drove up there and spent 4 hours exploring everything there all in the same street the wine tasting, art gallery, cafe, museum, 2x thrif stores was really nice !!!

Weekend Trip to Glamping Vineyard Getaway
What a cute setup! I love the addition of the tiny house with the glamping tent, it made cooking and using the bathroom really easy - especially in winter!
The glamping tent was really cosy and had everything you needed. The location was far away from anything else but really easy to get to and access. It was so nice sitting by the fire in the evening and listening to the creek and all the nature around you.
Communication from hosts was great. I'd definitely return!

My son and I loved The Birdhouse! It was well laid out with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The surroundings were beautiful and Stephanie was kind and accommodating - I’d definitely recommend!

It is a luxury rustic set up canon. There is all supplied excl. food. Well furnished & cosy.
It is located on the top of the hill, secluded area only for you. The bathroom is separate with a shower (all in good condition). You can have a shower while enjoying the bush view :)
There is a fire place next to the hut and a large outdoor sitter. Very nice.

Plenty of camping space.
Facilities were excellent.
Cabins were very clean and cosy.
Close to Wollombi if you require a coffee fix.
Would have been great if we were able to access the creek .
Overall a fantastic place for camping with friends and family.
