Great spot, nice level ground for tents, clean showers and bathrooms, delicious pizzas from the woodfire pizza oven, and all that in a gorgeous spot surrounded by birds and nature' best. Only 3hrs drive from Sydney, the Capertee Valley is NSW's best kept secret! Steve is a fantastic host. Always making sure you have everything you need to have a great time. Weekend Trip to Nos Astra

We've spent a wonderful long weekend at Nos Astra with my wife and our 4 year old. Our son loved the trampoline, the small bush walks on the property and roasting marshmallows at the bonfire. I tracked down to Cox River crossing, following some paths leading out from the back of the property and through the woods. We spent the nights laying in the trampoline and gazing at the stars. The property offered great views, was nice and quite and we even encountered some kangaroos and huge monitor goanas on our walks.

Weekend Trip to NSW Ski Gardens

Such a great campsite, we stayed with our dogs on one of the premium waterfront sites and it was perfect. There was a private sheltered area with a bbq, chairs & table & fire pit. Toilets & showers were super clean too. We also went into town and had a great breakfast at heritage valley cafe which was also dog friendly. 10/10 we will be back!

This campsite is so handy! It’s is on the cliff edge outskirt of town, walking distance to Scenic World. Only a 5 minute walk to multiple amazing lookouts, particularly nice at sunset. High pressured hot showers, a camp kitchen with a fridge, sink, and kettle which made it so much easier to do our dishes. Also a $4 washing machine and dryer with a big clothes line.

It was a great experience! The view was amazing and we (including our puppy) had a good time at John’s. The instruction to the place is very clear. Will go back again!
