We offer pick your own fruit so are open to the public daily (closed on occasion). Trading hours can be viewed at www.bookingscanoeladns.com. We are surrounded by the stunning valley views of Marra Marra National Park. Guests can enjoy hiking, wandering the orchard picking fresh produce, taking a tractor ride, feeding the animals and relaxing. Please note we are a working farm so sometimes tractors and vehicles can be heard working from 7am. There will be foot traffic and possibly tractor rides operating near some of the sites although we will do our best to respect your privacy while you are here. We also have a quarry surrounding most of the property, so they sometimes operate machinery early. This is not generally too disruptive though. We are just 15 minutes' drive from the beautiful historical Wiseman's Ferry and the Hawkesbury River. There are multiple hiking tracks located close by. We have several sites to offer around the property. We have a beautiful huge dam just 350m down the gully. It’s super peaceful although a steep walk down the driveway to access, it's definitely worth it, so pack your walking shoes and some swimmers.

Our river access is normally shallow, well-suited to young families or those who just want to lay back and enjoy a refreshing dip. Amazing sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing are provided free of charge along with bird watching, local wildlife, and horses in surrounding paddocks. We offer limited sites to comply with NSW Camping legislation and Hipcamp guidelines and to enable campers to experience the Colo as it should be, listening to the beautiful wildlife and really appreciating the outdoors. Sites are large with varying distance between each to enable you to enjoy the camping experience in your own space. Both paddock sites and limited river spots are available. If planning to stay with friends and you wish to share a site only 1 booking is required, the sites are large, some up to 30m x 30m. IMPORTANT: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with conditions, and a $20 fee applies. Please check with Hosts before booking. Once approved, please add the Pets Extra when booking. (Saturday night 2-night minimum) There is no mobile reception or internet access, therefore, providing a true off-grid retreat. Self-sufficient campers are preferred. There are many amazing local bush walks and plenty of fascinating history and things to do. For larger vehicles book site 2. 2 minute drive to cafes and shops and town centre, bus stop is 100m, train station 800m. We are conveniently close to town. Lithgow tourism centre has plenty of information and activities to do. There are scenic lookouts, climbing, canyoning, bike trails or simply relax with great eateries and historical sites. Cooking fires are permitted when there are no RFS bans in place. Note: there is no water on the property so you will need to allow enough to ensure you have completely extinguished your fire before you depart. You may collect water from the creek. It is ok to collect fallen kindling, no chain sawing of trees. Wood is provided free of charge for small fires only. If you use the kindling please play if forward and collect for the next person. This is an exclusive private camping area on the beautiful Blackheath Creek. Welcome to this remote piece of paradise! Rhapsody is located in Gingkin,, which is not far from Oberon NSW, about 3 hours west of Sydney. Campsites are hidden in a remote valley direct frontage to the pristine Hollanders River, adjoining the Kanangra-Boyd National Park. There are two private campsites on grassy river flats surrounded by eucalyptus forest. The sites are very secluded so you will see lots of wildlife and you're guaranteed not to see any other people! Only one group can stay at each campsite and campsites are on different parts of the river so privacy is guaranteed. In dry conditions 2WD is fine for Wallaby flat but in wet weather, 4WD is required. Platypus flat is 4wd only. You can always park at the top of the hill and walk down first if you're not sure. Dog friendly. Campfires permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place. Gather your own wood from fallen timber on the way in or BYO wood. Not much firewood available on site. Both campsites can get quite cool as they are low in the valley. This is a wild and remote area. Guided remote bushwalks also available for those who are fit and adventurous. Both campsites have a pit toilets, cold shower, spring water on tap, picnic tables.. Water is sourced from a distant spring in the mountain and is gravity fed to the site by above ground pipe which heats the water during the day. There is a small area where you can get Telstra mobile reception at the cattle grid on the way into the property, but very limited mobile reception in this area. If you are on Optus or other networks you won't get any reception. There is no mobile reception at camp - perfect for disconnecting and reconnecting with nature!

Aurora is set on 150 acres of natural terrain with breath taking escarpment views, an abundance of animal life a running stream and dams The property offers multiple camping spots located only 2 hrs from Sydney's inner city CBD. It is a secluded location, you will be sent a map with clear directions on how to find us once booking is confirmed. Dogs are welcome but must be on a lead and well behaved around native animals and livestock. 4WD and AWD sites available no 2WD access With only a 15min - 20min drive to Jenolan Caves, Aurora is the perfect camp spot for a weekend of adventure or take some time to reflect, relax and refocus. Campfires permitted if restrictions aren't in place and wood can be purchased in advance ready to go. Guest are expected to remove all their rubbish from the site - leave only footprints. No caravans larger than 21ft. - (Vans Aurora view site only)

Wonderful private set up. Campers all have their own spaces across the farm, so we enjoyed the privacy. Hosts and all staff were really helpful. Good facilities- and wonderful fruit. Also, lovely to see the farm animals too. They even have a café and coffee 😀

For a quick weekend getaway with kids, this camp location is highly recommended. There was just enough to entertain my two kids with the pigs, goats and guinea pigs. We also trek downhill on the steep slope to the dam. The highlight of this campsite was picking and purchasing the in season nectarines and peaches of course! I highly recommend Canoeland Orchard camping and would definitely go there again.

Amazing secluded campsite at night. Busy during the day with visitors fruit picking the orchard next to site. Beautiful Farm get away nice and close to Syd. Tractor ride & feeding animals was fun. Great Tarzan swing at dam.

A quick 5 minute walk or 10 minute drive to facilities, amenities, shop and cafe.

Myself and husband loved our stay here!! We spent a day wondering the town of Lithgow and the ruins and stayed an extra night to visit the glow worm caves! Super lucky to have had the campsite to ourselves for our time there but what a beautiful place 💛 zero issues at all and we met Sally’s father who was friendly and made us feel very welcome 🥰 thank you Sally! 5 nights at Wildwoods - Private bush surrounds

Had a private and enjoyable time camping at Wildwoods (Paddock Camp). Very quiet, except for the occasional Jet. Lovely Crimson Rosellas, Kookaburras, and other birds. Lovely spots to camp, and plenty of wood for a campfire (Just need to cut it). Close to the Megalong Valley Tearoom and not too far from Blackheath, Katoomba, Leura and other Blue Mountains Villages. So much to see, need a longer stay. Highly recommend to any nature lovers.

This campsite is so handy! It’s is on the cliff edge outskirt of town, walking distance to Scenic World. Only a 5 minute walk to multiple amazing lookouts, particularly nice at sunset. High pressured hot showers, a camp kitchen with a fridge, sink, and kettle which made it so much easier to do our dishes. Also a $4 washing machine and dryer with a big clothes line.

We loved camping here. It was surrounded by orchards. Cafe at the orchard was very handy as well. 15 minutes to Glenorie village meant we can quickly go out for a nice meal and come back to nature. All amenities were very clean. Would recommend families with kids as well to go here
