Bound on two sides by the craggy escarpments of the Budgong and Morton National Parks there is ample grassland to give a feeling of space yet an abundance of trees to wander through as you engage with the tame wildlife and magnificent birdlife. Bring your mountain bike, fishing rod, swimmers, hiking boots, climbing gear, horse riding gear, or tennis racquet, and leave the kids in the play area while you sit by the creek and listen to the water tumbling through the rocks. If you are as intrigued by rare animals as we are, then this is the place for you. 63 Bird species, 24 mammals, 16 reptiles, and 12 amphibians have been sighted in the area (Clarke 2012) and this includes many rare and endangered species including the Brush-tailed rock wallaby, Giant burrowing frog, Gang-gang cockatoo, Glossy black-cockatoo, Koala, Little Lorikeet, Platypus and the Yellow-bellied glider. We only have two campsites at present, so you will be guaranteed peace and privacy. However, due to the demand for that site and that all people who have stayed have loved the experience, I am going to open up a few more sites over the course of 2024. You will always however have lots of space and privacy. Please note, that your group must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet, however fresh drinking water is available. Access is into a valley on a well maintained unsealed road and there are some minor causeways making it unsuitable for busses. An ordinary sedan will do for Billabong site but you will need some power for towing and a 4x4 to tow out in any rain. Riverbend site is only suitable for 4x4's and off-road camp trailers. You are a 40 minute drive from the sea (try the Shoalhaven 100 beach challenge https://www.shoalhaven.com/100-beach-challenge/ ) and just 15km from the historical town of Kangaroo Valley with its myriad of water activities, golf, wine estates, and quaint shopping. ttps://visitkangaroovalley.com.au/see-and-do/ Our neighbor offers horse riding experiences that are absolutely amazing. Lovely grassy farm on a 15 acre block. A quick 15 minute drive into Picton where you can find our local club and shops. Short drive to Nattai lookout overlooking Warragamba water catchment. Spectacular view. Nearby Camden township restaurants, cafes, pool, bike track along Nepean River and more. We are located approximately 1 hour from Sydney airport so a day in the city is not out of the question. Shopping malls a short distance away. We have 4 horses, two dams, nice outlook, outside amenities. Camp alongside undercover carport or choose your spot. Clean tank water is available and picnic table can be provided. As we have horses, dogs must be on a leash. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit. 4wd recommended or suv with good clearance.

We are a family of 4 with 2 school aged boys. We have travelled extensively around Australia and are familiar with the caravanning lifestyle. Pitch your self contained camper or caravan in our secluded garden in Bundanoon. We are only 0.5 acre but there is plenty of space for kids and well behaved dogs. Depending on the size of your set up and rainfall you will either be on grass at the back of our garden with moderate privacy or at the front of the house on gravel - not as much privacy. We have a fire pit, (fire wood available) and chooks and a thriving veggie garden. There is a zip line, cubby house, swings, sand pit, paddling pool and toys for younger children. We hand feed the wild king parrots who come frequently. Hook up to water and power and you can manually empty cassettes. Wifi is available but can be unreliable. Bundanoon village is only 1.4kms away. The pub is even closer! Moreton National park is only 2.5kms away and we are familiar with the walks there. We will mostly be around if you need us and are more than happy to recommend places to visit and eat. I can also offer wholesome home cooked meals or meal hampers - please message me ahead of time to enquire / arrange. Bundanoon has a small IGA, several restaurants (including a decent thai and Italian), pharmacy, post office, newsagent, multiple cafes and various shops.

There is 5 acres of bushland at the back of the property that has been partially cleared and has plenty of room for you to set up camp, with lots of space. There is a toilet and shower nearby for your use. You can bring your dog or dogs with safe fencing, and even bring your horses along with options of walking trails on the property and nearby. Please note, there is no access to power, all campers will need to supply their own power source. There is plenty to do nearby. You can go for bush walks through the National Park, directly from the property, or take the short drive to the local beaches for a swim. There's a golf course down the road as well as the Inlet and lake to hire a boat or do some fishing. We have a little Cinema that has the latest movies, as well as a few local shops to buy food and necessities. There are 3 clubs to attend that offer courtesy buses for your convenience.
