Weekend Trip to Farmily Land

Yifu and family were excellent hosts. We are a young family of 4 and stayed in the Playground Paddock, which was perfect for our young children. The space is quiet, relaxing and well-appointed with clean ablutions. We enjoyed lighting the fire pit each night and visiting the animals. We will be sure to return to make more memories.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful farmstay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The property itself is stunning – peaceful, open, and full of little discoveries for the kids. They absolutely loved meeting and feeding the animals, running around in the open paddocks, and toasting marshmallows by the fire at night. There was plenty of space to explore safely, and we could truly unwind knowing they were happy and entertained. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the campsite had everything we needed. It was such a refreshing escape from the city – quiet nights under the stars and fresh air all day long. This stay was one of our favourites so far, a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and farm fun. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at site 2 and had such a good experience. The site is flat, and can accommodate a large group. We had a total of 11 people, and a mix of caravans, swags and tents. It was very relaxing and Jenny and John were super friendly and happy to provide firewood as well. There are toilets available but no water or sullage. We will return again for sure!

I want to say this place is horrible, but that's just so no one else goes and we can have it all to ourselves. Eudora farm is fantastic. So well presented and maintained. We had a wonderful stay at Redlands Camping. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot far from the hustle and bustle of the city — perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with nature. The owners are a lovely, welcoming couple who made us feel very comfortable. The camping spaces are spacious and well laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. We brought our dog along, and he had an amazing time too. Highly recommend Redlands Camping to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Greeted by Garth with a warm smile and an enthusiasm to build us a fire with our late afternoon arrival. The spot we had was easy to get to and yet secluded and we weren’t rushed out the next morning which made for a such nice end to our trip. Highly recommended if you want to be hosted by friendly, helpful, chatty people and some lovely dogs with a few thousand stars above you as you sleep in tranquility.

With over 600 acres of Australian bush, our property is ideal for campers that want their own space. We are completely off-grid (no wifi to distract you) and we run off tank water (for this reason showers are only available for two hours in the evening). There are multiple camp sites on the property - some are close to hot showers and toilets, others are within a short walking distance. Some sites are perfect for our self sufficient campers who might want a nice private location and don't need access to amenities. There are two shared camp kitchen areas (with pizza ovens and bbqs). We have two amenities blocks with toilets and hot showers and two further compost toilets located at other sites. Campfires are permitted in designated areas (check with us when booking) and firewood can be added to your booking - we do require at least 24 hours notice if you want wood. There are lots of old-style games for the kids such as cricket, tennis, playground, bikes available, a swim in the dam and general country running around fun! Unfortunately we no longer have our flying fox, but there are plenty of other activities to keep you busy. We have some great bush walking areas where you might be lucky enough to see our resident wombats or our breeding pair of Wedge-tailed Eagles. You might also be lucky enough to be there when our two kelpies, Finn and Tori, are moving sheep through the property (they like to put on a show!!). The property dates back to the early 1900s and there are numerous historic buildings on the property. The earliest is a wooden slab hut that was built around the beginning of the 19th century - the Goulburn Penny Post newspaper, dated 3 December 1904 lines the walls of the hut. It also has a two shearing stand wooden shed built by Marcus Dawe in 1922. We try to make sure all of our guests have a great experience - so if you have any special requests reach out to us and have a chat!

Once a much larger property, we purchased our 120-acre (50-hectare) in 1984 as a means to live sustainably and raise a family. Living in our shed whilst we prepared the garden, put in watering infrastructure and built our house which we finally moved in when our daughter was 6 months old in 1990. Over the ensuing years we have continued to increase biodiversity on the property and set it up so we can live sustainably, harvesting our own water, electricity and food. If your lucky you could get a hamper of our product when there is sufficient in season. With the increased biodiversity you will find that in the mornings and evenings kangaroos and wallabies will visit with the occasional echidna, rabbit and hare; and to forget the large array of bird life - that may wake you early in the morning with the songs. This campsite is set on lovely grassy open areas interspersed with gum trees. The sunrise looks spectacular near the dam, when the trees give off a lovely glow. The main paddock has a Geodome, a shared space for relaxing in. With all that space you can park and set up camp anywhere in the paddock. There is access to drinking water, toilets, and a hot shower. Around the dome is a firepit, drinking water and a camp kitchen. The firepit features an Argentinian BBQ and a plate for cooking. The kitchen has plates, cups, cutlery, and other bits and pieces for you to use. We also allow for your pets to stay onsite, this also includes horses. If you want exclusive use of the paddocks - refer to Group Bush Retreat.

The Mulligans Flat Reserve, about 10 minutes away, is a real first in Australia, given that a very large area has been set aside near Canberra to foster wildlife. Living in our shed whilst we prepared the garden, put in watering infrastructure and built our house which we finally moved in when our daughter was 6 months old in 1990. Over the ensuing years we have continued to increase biodiversity on the property and set it up so we can live sustainably, harvesting our own water, electricity and food. If your lucky you could get a hamper of our product when there is sufficient in season. With the increased biodiversity you will find that in the mornings and evenings kangaroos and wallabies will visit with the occasional echidna, rabbit and hare; and to forget the large array of bird life - that may wake you early in the morning with the songs. This campsite is set on lovely grassy open areas interspersed with gum trees. The sunrise looks spectacular near the dam, when the trees give off a lovely glow. The main paddock has a Geodome, a shared space for relaxing in. With all that space you can park and set up camp anywhere in the paddock. There is access to drinking water, toilets, and a hot shower. Around the dome is a firepit, drinking water and a camp kitchen. The firepit features an Argentinian BBQ and a plate for cooking. The kitchen has plates, cups, cutlery, and other bits and pieces for you to use. We also allow for your pets to stay onsite, this also includes horses. Eudora Farm

We have 245 acres with an area of bushland and other lovely areas with scattered trees, plus some open areas. Currently we have a choice of camping areas for caravans and tents, some nestled in amongst the tree line. Other areas alongside the dam. We keep all the camping areas slashed for safety and to allow easier access to find a suitable camping spot. We also have a hut available in the bush area. This hut is secluded and has its own outdoor private toilet. There is no shower, electricity or fresh water available, however we do have a flush toilet at the camping and caravan site. Campers would need to be self-sufficient otherwise. Please note we don't allow motorbikes, Quads or firearms on the property and there are no exceptions, sorry. We run sheep on our property and have wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and echidnas. We also have farm animals such as cows, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, geese, and dogs. We have 8 dams, 3 of which have fish as well as yabbies throughout the year. Fire pits located in designated areas and only to used during non fire ban periods and to be supervised at all times. We're happy for you to bring your dog however you would be required to keep it under your control or on a leash and away from the sheep. No motor bikes, quads, firearms permitted and no exceptions. No diving off jetty Supervise children at all times. Water, dams, firepits, bushwalking and all areas can be dangerous. Caution, dams may be dangerous, and water is deep. Do not enter paddocks with cows and horses. Beware of snakes. Eudora Farm provides our guests with a unique opportunity to enjoy a multitude of activities, including but not limited to swimming ,fishing, boating, camping, camp fires, bush-walking and other farm related activities. Participating in these activities or any other activities anticipated or unanticipated, during your stay at Eudora Farm may involve inherent risks which could result in serious bodily injury and or death. In consideration of your applying and being accepted to rent accommodation or camping sites and being permitted to stay at Eudora Farm you acknowledge and accept all such risks involved and hereby agree on your own behalf and on behalf of your family and guests and on behalf of all minors in your care and custody or control (hereafter also included in “your” or “you” ) to assume full responsibility for all risks whether identified or not and hereby release from liability and waive any and all claims that you have or may have in the future against the owners of Eudora Farm or any employees or agents thereof . You further acknowledge that all children /minors must be under responsible adult supervision at all times and especially near waterways .The use of life jackets is strongly recommended when undertaking any water activities. Country Journey, Boxgrove farm

With over 600 acres of Australian bush, our property is ideal for campers that want their own space. We are completely off-grid (no wifi to distract you) and we run off tank water (for this reason showers are only available for two hours in the evening). There are multiple camp sites on the property - some are close to hot showers and toilets, others are within a short walking distance. Some sites are perfect for our self sufficient campers who might want a nice private location and don't need access to amenities. There are two shared camp kitchen areas (with pizza ovens and bbqs). We have two amenities blocks with toilets and hot showers and two further compost toilets located at other sites. Campfires are permitted in designated areas (check with us when booking) and firewood can be added to your booking - we do require at least 24 hours notice if you want wood. There are lots of old-style games for the kids such as cricket, tennis, playground, bikes available, a swim in the dam and general country running around fun! Unfortunately we no longer have our flying fox, but there are plenty of other activities to keep you busy. We have some great bush walking areas where you might be lucky enough to see our resident wombats or our breeding pair of Wedge-tailed Eagles. You might also be lucky enough to be there when our two kelpies, Finn and Tori, are moving sheep through the property (they like to put on a show!!). The property dates back to the early 1900s and there are numerous historic buildings on the property. The earliest is a wooden slab hut that was built around the beginning of the 19th century - the Goulburn Penny Post newspaper, dated 3 December 1904 lines the walls of the hut. It also has a two shearing stand wooden shed built by Marcus Dawe in 1922.
