Absolutely stunning location - beautiful views and the peaceful sound of fish jumping. Had the best time as a base to SUP. Brooke was super responsive, and the wheelbarrow load of wood was generous!! Would absolutely love to stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

WOW WOW WOW, My Husband, myself and our Border Collie spent 2 beautiful nights at Glennbrook Campground our Host Brooke was amazing giving us perfect easy instructions to the camp and when we arrived Brooke and the family was so lovely and friendly, we then were guided to our site and didn't want to leave. Camped right on the river, fabulous fire pit, thought have a bit of fun trying fishing and FISH ON !!! a tad small let her go, also watched a kangaroo swim across the river in front of us. We had a dip in the river which was lovely and refreshing this was 5th May 25. The Property is gorgeous the sites are level and spacious, we got our Hyundi Staria van there no problem. Overall, a very special and magical place to unwind and enjoy, thank you for sharing your beautiful property ....we will see you again soon. 10/10 and more. Amanda

1 night at Glennbrooke River Camp

You will be hard pushed to find a more idyllic and tranquil setting. The camp sites are secluded, spacious, on even grassy ground and right on the river which is teaming with fish, birds and wildlife. Brooke and the family are wonderful, welcoming and attentive hosts. I will certainly coming back. I cannot recommend highly enough.

2 nights at Little Forest Farmstay

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at the front of Elsie's property, opposite the barn. It's a high site overlooking the creek and cow paddocks below, very wet when we first arrived and beautiful in the early morning fog. Elsie is a lovely host and very friendly. We look forward to returning one day and going for a swim in the creek when it's a bit less hectic (camped after Easter which saw some pretty torrential downpours) Beware of the ticks! We found a few in our hair when we got home. We probably could have been a bit more careful, we went on a few adventures in the long grass. Typical of any coastal bush camping.

My husband and I loved Anchorage Farm Narooma. Plenty of space on the green grass surrounded by bush. Birds and wallabies added to the beauty of the campsite.

Good facilities and lovely quiet campground. Extra points for the beautiful border collie who came and played fetch with the kids for half an hour.

Weekend Trip to Babbling Brook 4WD Camping

Great place for a camp with the family. We were on the water edge, can fish or launch a kayak easily. Several loops on the property for riding a MTB. One large loop is about 8km on fire trails to other camp sites. Really do recommend a 4wd if you are towing a van. Other than that any high clearance vehicle should make it. Plenty of fire wood comes with one order and there is a lot of privacy. We could not see the other camp sites from our camp but could see their fire at night through the trees.

Glenbrooke River Camp was a wonderful escape offering fishing, canoe and paddle boarding, star gazing and a enjoyable time reflecting by the fire. The campsite was exceptional, offering a generous fire pit and tables & chairs under cover. Easy access to the site, Brooke was a delight and we vote this camping experience to be in the top ten of our adventures. We will definitely be frequenting Glenbrooke River Camp again, the next time with the family.

Weekend Trip to Ingenia Holidays Merry Beach

Great welcome - friendly and helpful staff. Great site/position. Clean, clean, clean - site, amenities and general area. Music from the van behind us was a little loud but stopped dead on curfew time. Good mix of campers - very family orientated - we did not have children or dogs - but there was a great feel and a place for everyone. Amenities were clean and private - I was worried it would be a lot of queuing but it seemed to run smoothly on a busy weekend. Beach and sound of the waves was an excellent bonus. Highly recommend this site. Bring your food though - shops are a bit of a trek and very basic office stock - milk, long-life and snacks. Prawn van, donut van and ice cream van came on site - reasonable but not cheap.

We had a wonderful stay – the property is beautifully secluded, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle. Brooke and Glen were such lovely, attentive hosts, even providing firewood so we could enjoy the large fire pits on site. Our dog had an absolute blast – the flat, grassy grounds were perfect for him to run around, and he loved splashing in the river. We’ll definitely be back in a heartbeat to soak up more sunsets, stargazing, and the peaceful bush setting.

We operate on a self-sufficient basis, so please take all your rubbish with you and respect the natural environment and the next visitors. Fires are allowed (subject to fire danger conditions), and you're welcome to gather your firewood. We have firewood for sale at the gate ($20). Tin Can Ridge

Bush camping on 100 acres in the Tinderry Range at about 1400 metres altitude. Seclusion and adventure all within an hour of Canberra and twenty minutes from Michelago and the Monaro highway. Big skies and dark nights for star-gazing are likely; or perhaps you'll be nestled in cloud; or hidden by falling snow. There are numerous tracks with spectacular views around the property for bush walking or mountain bike riding. The tracks are surrounded by sub-alpine flora and fauna (such as wallaby's, wombats, lyrebirds) and nearby in the Tinderry Nature Reserve. Tinderry Range is a rugged range east of the Monaro highway accessed mostly through Michelago or an hour and a half from Braidwood (when dirt roads are reasonable). The range is only around 70km away from the coast, thus enabling a sea mist to often roll over us in the late afternoon. Summer temperatures are a pleasant 6 degrees or so cooler than nearby Canberra. You may choose between a number of options for camping depending on your camping desires and set up. There are numerous tracks around our property or nearby Tinderry Nature Reserve. You may go exploring to find the springs or choose to stick to easy walking tracks that follow the contours. We will provide a map. Tracks are also great for mountain bike riding and exploring the unusual mix of sub-alpine, montane and coastal flora and fauna. There is numerous species of bird life and regular calls from lyre birds. This area has fascinating history with the largest eucalyptus distillery in Australia until the late 1950's and very popular with a number of bushrangers such as the Clarke Brothers who had numerous hideouts. No amenities. BYO camping toilet and leave no trace. Campfires (except on fire ban days or when we advise otherwise) are okay--usually recommended. Normally dry firewood is easy to find, or purchase some from us if you prefer. The exception is the bell tent glamping option,' Tin Can Ridge Glamping' which has a toilet included as well as firewood and shortly its own wood stove! Some campsites are best accessed by 4WD, or on foot. or gain access to the glamping tent with us escorting you. Camp lightly. No hunting. Do nothing illegal. Take all waste with you. Respect the land, the wildlife and people. Keep the peace. Enjoy.

Snowgums Campsite is a smaller campsite for up to 6 people, on a low forested ridge overlooking Sandhills Creek below. 3 separate mown tent sites and a campfire clearing in protected snowgums forest. Several kilometres of marked walking trails within the property. Explore the creek line, hike up the mountain to the old stone trig point, walk to the swimming hole on the creek with jetty, picnic area and rowboat. Numerous picnic spots. A swimming dam, jetty, and picnic sites are accessible via marked walking and driving tracks. There are also several kms of walking tracks directly from the campsite along Sandhills Creek and the 'mountain paddock'. Owners live further along the road on the property, and can be contacted if needed. A separate AirBnB house is located on the property; please respect the privacy of fellow guests.

When you stay at Sunset Point you have lake frontage onto Borang Lake ( 4km from Potato Point), which connects directly with the Tuross lakes. You are able to launch your own tinny at our private jetty. A firepit is provided and you can collect your own wood yourself, or purchase a $25 a wheel barrow load with your booking. Wildlife is plentiful here, so please respect the environment and clean up after your self. There are some amazing local beaches only minutes to Potato Point or down the back track 10 minute drive or, ride your pushie or walk (its a bit of a walk) - straight to Blackfellows Point at Potato Point. There are lovely walking tracks around the property and lots of fishing, kayaking, SUP or pop your Tinnie in and fish till sunset or just plain lazy days. Watch the sunrise or walk to the other side of the property and watch the sunset. Watching the moon rise on the lake is quite beautiful. Launch your tinny and go fishing or simply kayak or lazy around. The site is dog friendly, but your pet must be well behaved and not aggressive as there may be other campers and pets on the property during your stay and a Sunset Point Camp Cat. You may not be right next to each other but please respect other guests, with noise. Just 10 minutes from the charming village of Bodalla, which was founded on the back of dairy farming and cheese production back in the 1860s. 30 minutes drive either way to the hubs of Narooma and Moruya. No barking dogs and no loud music or parties. This is a peaceful getaway. Short car trip to famous beaches where you leave nothing but footprints. It's our secret!

We use a 2kv With private access to one of the largest waterholes on the freshwater Clyde, you are welcome to bring your own kayaks, fishing gear (license required) and flotation devices. At the mouth of the Clyde River, Batemans Bay checks all the boxes for a beach break along the NSW South Coast. Get your fill of sun, sand, and sea views at the bay's many beaches, cruise or kayak around the Clyde River Estuary, and fill up on fresh-from-the-ocean oysters. Don't forget to pack your snorkel—the Batemans Bay Snorkelling Trail is legendary. West of town, drive your campervan over to Clyde River National Park to fish, kayak, and camp by the salt marshes and mangrove forests, or head north to Murramarang National Park, where some of the campgrounds have powered sites. Larger motorhomes and caravans might be better off checking into a beachside tourist park or holiday park, where facilities typically include a camp kitchen, swimming pool, and dump station. Or, escape the crowds and seek out a private Hipcamp along the riverside, on a rural farm, or along the coast.
