50 acres with segregated paddocks housing llamas, horses, friendly sheep and a variety of chooks. Hand feeding of the animals can also be arranged. We also have two child-friendly Maremma sheepdogs (a livestock guardian dog). We also have our own family dogs, a lhasa apsos cross miniature poodle +, and an Australian deerhound cross bull terrier who, are both very friendly and adore attention. There is a covered BBQ area and toilet/shower block. Outdoor massage and meditation using crystal bowls and gong are available (to be booked in advance). Mandala painting workshops on the property can be arranged. Other workshops can also be arranged. Tuena, a 1860s gold mining town, where gold still can be found in the Tuena Creek, is 26 kms (30 min) drive away. There is a typical old style country pub "The Laggan Pub" is located in the small settlement of Laggan, offering excellent meals (Friday and Saturday nights), bookings are essential. The pub is located 26 kms back toward the main township of Crookwell, which is only 35 kms away. Crookwell has many attractions, including an Alpaca Farm, and is host to many local events. The main camp area is 2WD accessible, and the back part of the property is for 4WD access only. Please message me if unsure. There is an undercover area with a BBQ, a bench for food prep and seating. You will have access to kitchen gear including cutlery, crockery and some cooking utensils. There is access to a toilet and shower. Enjoy lots of open grassy areas peppered with trees. There are animals you can feed and have selfies with including horses, alpacas, chooks and sheep. You're also welcome to buy fresh eggs. Please see our Extras. We can make ourselves available to take you or your group on local excursions and to local eats so you can enjoy an evening. Great Adventure and Quiet
Camping on Beatrice's land was very pleasant as there were many people willing to help. The journey to the site is 3 1/2 hours away from Sydney. The journey is also enjoyable, as we pass the Goulburn wind farms. The view along the roads is exquisite. When my tyre was punctured they assisted us to change the tyre and ensure a safe journey home. There are some animals, who are all very friendly. The campfire situation is also solid with many different options, like a small can that can contain the fire or an open fire surrounded by rocks. The site was very remote, and the nearest small town was Crookwell, half an hour away. Overall, if you want peace, quiet and adventurous camping then I would advise you to come here.

Sweet Dreams
We didn't get to meet Beatrice, but Trent and Billy were very helpful and sweet people. We had some shortcomings, but they completed them all, thank you very much. They helped us with all our needs. We especially loved Charlie and the chicks. There was no phone reception at the campsite, which made us happy because we needed some rest. If you want to rest your mind, you should definitely go to a weekend camp. Note: 6 km before the camping area, the dirt terrain starts. Those with small cars should be careful.

Beatrice, Gordon and Bill have done a fantastic job of creating a relaxing “bush camp” environment with the added benefit of shared amenities and communal facilities available if preferred. Thanks for welcoming us on the way through.

Peaceful place to unwind
Lovely peaceful spot with a delightfully helpful and accommodating host. Bathrooms were homely and tidy. Limited to no reception, but wifi available. Property I was not very clearly marked but Google Maps was accurate.

Host was lovely, very accommodating and nice to chat with. Worth noting that there are a number of loose dogs on the property - all very friendly however important to know if you don’t wish to have your dog socialising.
