The open air living allows guests to feel 100% connected to the natural environment, while at the same time having access to reliable, fast internet along with the comforts of a hot shower, flush loo etc. It is an ideal way to capture the restored feeling from remote camping, without the hassle of taking all your camping gear. Sleeping arrangements: We have a custom-made inner spring mattress that is an unusual size due to the vintage age of the vintage caravan & therefore the size, is in between a King-single & double size width & a queen-size length (which may or may not be big enough for 2 people depending on your sleeping expectations). The actual measurements are: 1.13M wide & 2M long. There is also a separate king single-size bed, on the other side of the caravan, suitable for another adult, a child or two small children. All linen and bath towels etc are provided. The caravan is cosy, with a TV, stereo, fridge, sink, wardrobe & storage space. The property is not far from the beautiful bathhouses of Mullumbimby too ie Kiva Spa & Banya bathhouse We are a pet-friendly property. If you wish to bring your friendly pet, they are welcome, but we charge a fee of $25 . Please select that you have a pet when making your booking. We also request that you kindly ensure that your pet does not go inside the caravan or on any of the furniture including the bed, lounge etc. If there is dog hair in the van or on the couch we may need to charge an extra cleaning fee.

Do you need a break from camping? Enjoy a room in our beach shack. Park your tent or camper and relax, just steps to the beach, do some washing, fill up your tank with water, power up, get things quoted and fixed by my friendly talented mechanic, clean out your RV, super shopping centre 40 mins to tweed or Ballina, walk or ride along the beach or national park trails to New Brighton, Brunswick Heads, or Pottsville. It’s a patrolled beach over the summer. Direct beach access, bike trails across the road and moments to our favourite local cafe. Enjoy everything the area has to offer within ten minutes of the site, horse rides, laps at Bruns river, early morning hot air ballooning, sky diving, surfing, kite surfing out the front. Tuesday Markets are close by. Groceries and bottle shop a five minute drive to New Brighton store and a ten minute drive for major shopping at The Ocean Centre. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and pay our respects to the Bundjalung Nation - Arakwal people, past, present and emerging. I’m with you in feeling peaceful, accepted, comfortable, and happy. Skill swaps for a partial agreed refund are also a possibility.

I really enjoyed staying at this Hipcamp It was my first ever time doing a solo camping adventure All the instructions on how to get there were very clear and after I set up in a great location Tom came around and checked up on. Everybody made sure everything was fine and although the weather wasn’t great I had a wonderfully peaceful night and was woken up in the morning of the resident Cows. I wished I had a booked an extra night, but I definitely will be back

Just off the highway at Pottsville. Nice grassy level site. Hosts were great and friendly. Lovely creek running through. A short drive to the beach and shops. Location was great for what we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Camping here was amazing so much room not squished next to other campers everyone has there own space if your going yourself or with a group lots of different areas you can camp on I would highly recommend to any one who want a few day away or even longer as it’s secluded but also not far from a small town

The immediate support and quick response during after hours after hours, when we encountered an issue was so appreciated. The person on the line was nothing but kind and immediately was able to help my family and I out of our hiccup. Be mindful. This was almost nearing midnight. On waking up the atmosphere is spectacular. It is not often that I’m able to road trip this far up with the kids, as I’m from Sydney South West. The location is absolutely stunning and though this was a little more than a rest and recuperate night stay before venturing further north my husband and I are sure to want to bring our 3 kids back to stay for a holiday.
