Absolutely stunning location - beautiful views and the peaceful sound of fish jumping. Had the best time as a base to SUP. Brooke was super responsive, and the wheelbarrow load of wood was generous!! Would absolutely love to stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

WOW WOW WOW, My Husband, myself and our Border Collie spent 2 beautiful nights at Glennbrook Campground our Host Brooke was amazing giving us perfect easy instructions to the camp and when we arrived Brooke and the family was so lovely and friendly, we then were guided to our site and didn't want to leave. Camped right on the river, fabulous fire pit, thought have a bit of fun trying fishing and FISH ON !!! a tad small let her go, also watched a kangaroo swim across the river in front of us. We had a dip in the river which was lovely and refreshing this was 5th May 25. The Property is gorgeous the sites are level and spacious, we got our Hyundi Staria van there no problem. Overall, a very special and magical place to unwind and enjoy, thank you for sharing your beautiful property ....we will see you again soon. 10/10 and more. Amanda

You will be hard pushed to find a more idyllic and tranquil setting. The camp sites are secluded, spacious, on even grassy ground and right on the river which is teaming with fish, birds and wildlife. Brooke and the family are wonderful, welcoming and attentive hosts. I will certainly coming back. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Staying at Norm’s place was nothing short of magical. Set on a beautiful, rolling green hilltop, the farm offers a peaceful retreat with wide-open space perfect for setting up a swag or tent. The highlight? A bath overlooking the hills, with curious cows wandering up to the fence—absolute bliss! Norm and his family were incredibly warm and hospitable, making me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The setup was incredibly thoughtful, with everything you could need—clean showers, toilets, access to power, water, and even a fridge. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating this special space. I felt so privileged to stay here and be part of such a serene and stunning environment. Thank you, Norm, for sharing your little slice of paradise with the world. I’ll definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Kangarutha Farm, we had the camp by the dam which was absolutely stunning! Felt like we were miles from everyone, tranquil and beautiful setting with a an awesome sunset. 5 nights at Sapphire Coast Dairy-Homestead

We absolutely loved this camp! The scenery is stunning, the facilities were wonderful, from the hot showers to the bath and fire pits and even the kitchen we can’t rate it more highly. Norm, narelle and Tom gave us An amazing farm tour and our kids saw cows being milked and a calf being born. We ate some of narelles delicious baking which was such a sweet surprise We used the 4x4 trails off the back of the property to explore fire trails that took us to heaps of near by towns and saw many shooting stars at night. This is a 10/10 camp.

Weekend Trip to Figtree Camp @ Mystery Bay

This was our 3rd visit to Figtree Camp and as always it was a pleasure to stay. The hosts are always very welcoming but not imposing, the property is always well kept, and the location is perfect for accessing the beach and surrounding areas. We will always come back to this site.

Weekend Trip to Glennbrooke River Camp

Glenbrooke River Camp was a wonderful escape offering fishing, canoe and paddle boarding, star gazing and a enjoyable time reflecting by the fire. The campsite was exceptional, offering a generous fire pit and tables & chairs under cover. Easy access to the site, Brooke was a delight and we vote this camping experience to be in the top ten of our adventures. We will definitely be frequenting Glenbrooke River Camp again, the next time with the family.

Challoner Lodge - Spotted Gum Hill

The property is located 3kms from the small town of Bodalla, it is just over 100 acres sitting on the banks of Lake Borang (which flows into the Tuross River and Tuross Lake) and the fishing is great all year round. It's also a fantastic waterway for boating and paddling. The property is mainly bush with lots of wildlife including emus, wallabies, kangaroos and the birdlife is abundant. Part of the property is a working goat and bee farm. We move the goats around the property so there will be times when the goats are close to the campsite.

Silvertop Ash Bush Block

Undeveloped 7 acre bush block. Close to the centre of Kalaru and the lagoon. Minutes drive or cycle to mountain biking tracks and beautiful Tathra. Enjoy the sound of the bell birds. If you're lucky, you might see some native Orchids (usually blossoming around mid-November), or pop down to Tathra to watch whales on their migration or taking a break to feed south of Tathra Head. Please note: - This block is undeveloped, bar a short driveway. There are no services at this block (water, power, sewage, internet, waste collection etc.). It is the responsibility of campers to collect and remove their own waste. Info on the nearest waste facilities will be provided prior to check in. - Ticks are present on this block. Please ensure that campers have appropriate supplies (or are prepared to otherwise seek assistance) to deal with ticks and that pets are protected appropriately. - Snakes may also be present, although we have not personally sighted any. - This block used to be attached to a nearby farm. The land is largely clean, but there are is the odd old bit of barbed wire or drum lying around. Please exercise appropriate caution when walking around the block. - The block is heavily wooded. Bushfire restrictions may impact on the ability to have a camp fire. Permits may also be required. - There are neighbours nearby. Please be considerate and courteous of those around them at all times. Keep noise to acceptable levels, particularly on weekends or in the evenings. - Pets are accepted on the property. Campers are expected to clean up after their pets, ensure noise is kept to a minimum and that their pets are appropriately restrained (i.e. can't get at native wildlife or our neighbours). The property is not sufficiently fenced to contain pets.

Roagumba Farm

Roagumba, or Roa for short, is our 920 acre patch of paradise in the stunning Yowrie Valley, an area traditionally inhabited by the Yuin people. Roa is a working cattle farm, made up of approximately 60% cleared land and the rest native bushland. The Yowrie Valley is largely surrounded by the beautiful Wadbilliga National Park. It is a 35 minute drive to the beaches near Bermagui, whilst the historic and quirky town of Tilba is 40 minutes away. The crystal clear Yowrie River flows along the western side of the property with numerous secluded swimming holes. The property is a working cattle farm so you're likely to meet some very friendly Jersey cows during your stay, as well as a lot of native wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and birds. We operate three Hipcamp sites and two different locations on the property. Mountain Camp is a single site and offers complete seclusion and privacy, while River Camp is a double site and offers views across the valley whilst only being metres from the river. Both locations have composting toilets. We cater for small groups who are seeking a quiet, peaceful escape. Our sites are small and are capped at 6 people each, per night. To reduce traffic and out of respect to our neighbours, there is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per site. One additional vehicle per site can be organised, however we need at least 72 hours notice.

Tinpot Farm is about 90 acres with about an acre and half of camping space on river frontage. Campers are required to be fully self sufficient with their own facilities for cooking and showers and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. There is a communal toilet for the campground. Campers can enjoy water activities in the Tuross River (fresh water) such as fishing, swimming and kayaking. Camp fires are allowed. Misty Mountain Wildlife Refuge

Misty Mountain Wildlife Refuge is a 330 acre farm which provides sanctuary to kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, echidnas and many bird species including their habitats. There are Alpacas and Sheep, Kangaroos, Wombats, Kookaburras, Echidnas and many other animals that enjoy this property. The land has 80 acres of cleared grassland this side of the river, and for the adventurous and energetic you can rome the other 250 acres by crossing to the other side of the rive, there are large stands of rainforest and bushland, with 2.5 km of Brown Mountain Creek and its tributary meandering through it. There are some swimming holes and mini rapids; the crystal clear water flowing over the river rocks can be heard from most parts of the farm. The land comprises Little Brown Mountain and has 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and farmland with wonderful cloud formations and mists contributing their mystery and beauty to the dramatic landscape. There is an orchard with trees producing several varieties of apple, stone fruit and citrus in abundance. A cottage garden produces various vegetables and herbs such as spinach, celery, potatoes, garlic, chives, lettuce, rocket, parsley, turmeric, peas, beans, tomato etc. Past bushfire damage to some trees in the cleared paddocks is evident however, many are recovering well and most provide photographers with interesting and dramatic subject matter. Due to the catastrophic events of the NSW bush fires in this area all camp fires must be kept responsibly safe and no unsafe camp fires will be tolerated. All Guests are required to have an acceptable camp toilet, no holes in the ground. All river access points are shared, be mindful of others. As dogs are welcome and even well behaved dogs will be dogs when it comes to their family, all guests are advised to make themselves known prior to going near another's camp site, then there is no surprises either way. Wildlife is plentiful here, so please respect the environment and clean up after your self. There are some amazing local beaches only minutes to Potato Point or down the back track 10 minute drive or, ride your pushie or walk (its a bit of a walk) - straight to Blackfellows Point at Potato Point. There are lovely walking tracks around the property and lots of fishing, kayaking, SUP or pop your Tinnie in and fish till sunset or just plain lazy days. Watch the sunrise or walk to the other side of the property and watch the sunset. Watching the moon rise on the lake is quite beautiful. Launch your tinny and go fishing or simply kayak or lazy around. The site is dog friendly, but your pet must be well behaved and not aggressive as there may be other campers and pets on the property during your stay and a Sunset Point Camp Cat. You may not be right next to each other but please respect other guests, with noise. Just 10 minutes from the charming village of Bodalla, which was founded on the back of dairy farming and cheese production back in the 1860s. 30 minutes drive either way to the hubs of Narooma and Moruya. No barking dogs and no loud music or parties. This is a peaceful getaway. Short car trip to famous beaches where you leave nothing but footprints. It's our secret!

Clydie’s Knob

Only toilet paper and paper towel is to be disposed of in the toilet, sanitary items must be placed in your bin.
