This fully contained cabin is approximately 30 square metres and features a small veranda out the front facing Little Widgee Mountain and Buchanans Fort. Sit back and relax on the bench seat or table and chairs. A larger veranda out the back faces Christmas Creek and the mountains to the west. Relax on the deck chairs and read a book, or sit at the bar and enjoy a drink while watching the wildlife. There’s a table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside.The cute loft bedroom has a queen bed, and a double foldout sofa bed is available on ground level. There’s reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable. The kitchen is self contained with a small microwave/oven, a 60 cm ceramic cooktop, a medium size fridge/freezer, a toaster and kettle. The lounge has a 40 cm smart TV with DVD player, table and chairs. There’s a small firepit and chairs in the yard to enjoy the sun setting over the mountains and stars at night. The cabin is a few minutes drive on the property to the creek where there is a resident platypus and a picnic table for cabin guests. Relax on the sun lounge listening to the birds sing and Christmas Creek flowing by, or enjoy a Scenic drive or bushwalk in the local area. Christmas Creek Café is just down the road. Phone reception is available if you’re with Telstra. The property is 2WD accessible, but I recommend 4WD in wet weather No pets please.

We are also only an hour away from the beach for any day trips planned. Great spot to stop for the night on your trip or stay for a weekend and take in the peace and quiet. We are easy to pull into and can cater for all size vans. Roads are all freshly gravelled and well maintained to cater for 2wd access also. Toilet and Water provided but respect us by taking your own rubbish with you. Beautiful little stream with rapids and rock holes to keep yourself cool in summer. More than welcome to bring hiking shoes, mountain bikes to go explore. As long as you respect the farm rules and if the gate is shut you shut it behind you. No 4wding is permitted on the farm. Animal feeding is an activity we provide with food available to buy for the animals. Firewood is also available to purchase on arrival Dogs allowed on leash, please respect all the other campers on site and generators are welcome to be used but need to be turned off at a respectable time. Christmas Creek Cedar Cabin is a Tiny Home in the Scenic Rim. Positioned on a hill above Christmas Creek to take in the views, were you can watch the sun rise over Little Widgee Mountain and the sun set over the mountains to the west. This fully contained cabin is approximately 30 square metres and features a small veranda out the front facing Little Widgee Mountain and Buchanans Fort. Sit back and relax on the bench seat or table and chairs. A larger veranda out the back faces Christmas Creek and the mountains to the west. Relax on the deck chairs and read a book, or sit at the bar and enjoy a drink while watching the wildlife. There’s a table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside.The cute loft bedroom has a queen bed, and a double foldout sofa bed is available on ground level. There’s reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable. The kitchen is self contained with a small microwave/oven, a 60 cm ceramic cooktop, a medium size fridge/freezer, a toaster and kettle. The lounge has a 40 cm smart TV with DVD player, table and chairs. There’s a small firepit and chairs in the yard to enjoy the sun setting over the mountains and stars at night. The cabin is a few minutes drive on the property to the creek where there is a resident platypus and a picnic table for cabin guests. Relax on the sun lounge listening to the birds sing and Christmas Creek flowing by, or enjoy a Scenic drive or bushwalk in the local area. Christmas Creek Café is just down the road. Phone reception is available if you’re with Telstra. The property is 2WD accessible, but I recommend 4WD in wet weather No pets please.
