​Our RV sites are spacious and easily accessible for even the larger class A motor-homes. We have both pull-through and a few back-in sites. All of our sites are equipped with water, sewer, 50 amp and 30 amp electrical hook ups. We also have a propane fueling, bottle filling and cylinder exchange station. We are conveniently located less than 1 mile from Homestead Heritage.

We stayed at site number 8. It was on the end with woods in front of us. Nice and peaceful. Plenty of room and pads were pretty level. Plenty of room for our 27’ rv and truck.

Exactly what we needed!
Cabin 2 - 15 min from Silos&Baylor
We stayed in Cabin 2 and loved it!! The decor was super cute and classy, the bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed! Mini fridge, microwave, keurig with complementary coffee pods, tea, sugar, and half and half. They even had a hot pad and pans if we wanted to cook there! The service was perfect. They are so kind and caring! We loved everything about our stay! We hope to be back one day!

Same as last year with new owners, great. Small camp ground with easy access sites and only 8 miles north of Waco. We enjoyed sharing our eclipse glasses to view the eclipse on Saturday with the guys and their kids there working on the cabins this time.

Nice clean camp. Sites are gravel. Full hook-ups. The middle sites 1,2,3 are a little uneven. Challenge to get even. “Close to Silo”- ? Close is a relative term - it’s 17 miles out …. :) But it’ll was a nice clean place to stop over for the night. I will stop again.

We never actually made it to the site. Our car was broken into and has taken now 2 weeks to get fixed. We asked for any sort of refund, as we weren’t able to make it. And we heard nothing from the owner. If I had a Hipcamp, and a fellow RVer gotten into trouble, I’d help them out. I was not asking for a full refund….just a few days. Instead, we paid for 2 different RV parks for this week while we are still waiting on our car to get fixed.

Cabin 3 - 15 Min from Silos&Baylor
The cabin was ok, The ads give the impression that there is space in front o the cabins so one could relax with a cup of coffee in the chairs. But the RV's in the park are 30 feet in front of you as is the parking area. Lots of noice from the highway a few hunderd feet from you. No thanks

Great property at a great location. I read some comments about street traffic noise but it really wasn’t an issue for me. We had a gal knock on the door for a ride one morning. She said her ride never showed up and she was late, So I ended up driving her to Sonic. Love this town! I would definitely booked it again if needed.

We enjoyed camping right near the cabins where we rented three of the nice cozy cabins for our kids so we could spend invaluable family time together. We enjoyed the Wi-Fi, level space and convenient location to the Silos at Magnolia. We will be back!!

The camp was clean and quiet, we had plenty of room for our 38 foot camper and truck , we are looking forward to a return trip next October we would like to try one of the cabins next time

Great little campground just north of Waco. Easy drive into town and several things activities nearby. Easy pull through slots for those not wanting to back in and hookups were well placed.

Second time my husband and I stayed here. We rented a spot for our rv in this nice and clean park. Loved that I had quiet neighbors. Cute looking cabins. Not far from downtown. We'll definitely be back again.

Beyond Glamping!
C4 Pet Friendly! 15 Min to Silos!
Great pet friendly cabin. Everything we needed for our long weekend visiting Waco. Way beyond glamping. We were even able to do a side trip to Fort Worth only an hour away. So close to both The Silos and The Homestead.

Beautiful campground and very quiet. The cabins were so cute. We stayed in an rv site and my mom stayed in the cabin. We really enjoyed it. The only issue we had is that our stay was for one night. We asked for a different RV site but the owners said he would move us if someone else came in for a longer period. We understand trying to make money and help your customers but we were put on a site with a concrete pad that was not anywhere near level. The front wheels were 4 inches off the ground on the right side and about 1 on the left. 34 foot class A. Again, we understand making money but you would think with the high cost of the cabin and an rv site, since we paid for both, we could have a level site. We are always happy to help and accommodate but we also wanted to have a comfortable and nice stay. If you don’t stay for more than a couple of days you will probably not get their best spots. Just a word of warning. It is a nice place and again is quiet. They seem to only appreciate longer term guests.

Nice clean sites. Well equipped only issue was site level was pretty extreme from front to back. A little noisy due to proximity to highway. Difficult to identify entrance at night. Not very well lit. Overall nice little rv park. Would stay here again
