The best camping near Loleta, California.

Site #1 has the perfect spot for a tent nestled in the tall trees.
Checking out the pond area, which is fenced in to keep elk out. In the back left of the photo you can see my tent!
There are a few established trails on the property for exploring. The hosts plan to develop these more as time goes on.
Sunset from the top! The host's tiny home in the bottom left corner.
From the top of the property...feels like you're on top of the world!

Setting up camp in the redwood grove.
This was such a spacious campsite, nestled into the redwoods. It stayed cool but was very near to the sunny orchard.
The Drury Chenney redwood trail (2.4 mile flat hike) is within about a mile from the campsite. Definitely worth exploring. It's great for everyone, for picnics, inspiration, etc. It's BEAUTIFUL!
Coffee time in the morning. It stayed nice and cool over night and dark into the morning (if you like sleeping in).
A beautiful fire pit and pre-chopped fire wood for campfires. They also have benches for around the campfire. Lots, so bring friends/family (although it was nice by myself, as well)

Property owner of Otter Space, Peter!
Short little hike along the Klamath.
Look closely - what do you see? Peter likes to imagine a profile view of a Native American chief. I agree. I also think it looks like a reverse Blackhawks logo.
The river is usually dried out in the summer so you can totally hike down it!
A dried out river becomes a long stretch of rocky beach.
