*Type in Glamping Canyonlands and we will come up on Maps.

*We are just .5 miles or a couple minute drive as soon as you make the turn from HWY 191 onto HWY 211.

*There is no parking next to your tent.

Load your GPS or any other service related needs before leaving Moab or Monticello. The drive to us is rural with no service.

***More details will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival.****

THE GROUNDS

We just recently installed satellite internet. Wifi is only available around the communal spaces. Do not count on service reaching to your tent. We do not have outlets to power laptops or phones and you will be using the picnic tables as work spaces. If you would like to use the Wifi, please ask us for the password when you arrive. We only allow guests to use the Wifi so please do not share with the public.

To help move your supplies, there are 2 carts by the parking lot for your use.

We have 2 very friendly dogs, Crow and Raven. If they are around, they will greet you upon arrival. Please keep an eye out for them when coming and going with your vehicle. We have dogs but we do not allow other dogs to stay on property.

We recommend bringing your own drinking water. We haul water from town and city water is not the best drinking water.

*June-Aug. Tubes are available at no cost to use at Foy or Monticello Lake. Only 25 mins from us! These are located by the bathroom building.

We would prefer our guests not smoke on the property but if you would like to, smoking is only allowed at the parking lot or inside your vehicle. Do not flick the cigarette butts onto the ground and make sure they are completely out before discarding them. If seen smoking anywhere else, you will be asked to put it out.

Hush hours are 10:00pm - 6:00am.

COMMUNAL BATHROOM & KITCHEN

The newly renovated off grid bathroom is the green building directly in front of the parking lot. As we only have 1 bathroom and limited water, please be mindful of your time and usage. We provide towels, hand soap, reusable hand towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We will be building a second bathroom and hope to have that completed by mid 2022

The communal outdoor kitchen is located behind the bathroom. You will find a sink, a grill, a stovetop, pot, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cooking utensils, cutlery, can opener, wine opener, scissors, cutting boards, measuring cup, grilling supplies, s’mores sticks, cleaning sponge, dish soap, communal cooking supplies, to-go coffee and to-go cups. There is no power to the kitchen so we do not have a refrigerator or microwave. You have a cooler at your tent available to borrow if you would like. BRING ICE!

Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided anytime of the day in the kitchen.

Attached to the kitchen are shaded picnic tables and 6 hammocks for everyone to use!

*The grocery store in Monticello (Blue Mountain Foods) is closed on Sundays.

TENT INFORMATION

There is no insulation inside the tents so whatever the temperature is outside, it will be inside the tent as well. Please zip the windows and door closed when leaving as the weather is unpredictable.

Desert nights are chilly. Beanies, warm socks and slippers are some of the things we suggest to keep you comfortable.

Propane heaters are in the tents. These won’t heat the space like in a home but just enough to take the chill out. Bring the 1lb green propane tanks if you would like to use this. One tank lasts approx 2 hrs on high and 5 hrs on low. We also keep a supply on hand if you would like to purchase them here. They are $9.00 each. We work off an honor system so cash can be left in the red drop box near the kitchen. OUT OF STOCK. WE DO NOT HAVE TANKS AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT. PLEASE BRING TANKS.

Great set up with plenty of space between the tents. The kitchen area is great and appreciated the free fresh coffee each morning. Close to a main road but still quiet. A sauna is being built which will be amazing! Got very cold at night so was glad I bought a hot water bottle!! Highly recommend.

This was our favorite stay during our week-long trip through the national parks. Every single detail was thought out including very well-themed decor, external chargers and lights, board games and extra blankets, complimentary ear plugs, and other small touches that made you feel at home. The fire pits were great at night, with wood and fire starter ion site (for a small fee). Keshia and Erik were extremely friendly and welcoming, and provided us an excellent hike recommendation while in Canyonlands. The location is very convenient. Overall just a wonderful experience!

Keyshia has an eye for all the little details that add up to an exceptional space/experience. My only disappointment was that I over planned my activities while in Moab and couldn't spend more time just enjoying the wonderful oasis Keyshia has created.

The Stargazer tent was so much fun to stay at! It is extremely comfy and the attention to detail in the decor was beautiful. The camp bathroom with flushing toilet and warm shower made it even better. Another plus - they bring you French press coffee at sunrise. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Keshia and her husband were wonderful hosts. They greeted us with a warm welcome and provided hiking advice. The next day, when we returned from the hike they greeted us with an extra blanket because it was going to get cold that night. Waking up to catch sunrise with freshly delivered coffee was an awesome experience. They’ve truly thought of everything.

My Fiancé and I had a wonderful weekend at the Off Grid Canyonlands Stargazer Tent! We both love to camp, and never experienced glamping like this! It's seriously an outdoor hotel... and I was very pleased with the bathroom/shower upkeep (and I'm not one to go into shared showers during this time). Keshia and Erik were more than accommodating. I absolutely loved waking up to coffee on our porch... a great pick-me-up after a day of hiking the Arches/Canyonlands! Would 5/5 recommend and hopefully be back soon!

We have been talking about the amazing experience to all our friends back in our state. This trip to the middle of the desert became one of our best memories. This cozy and adorable cabin in the desert area got the best spot to see stars. We could even see the milky way with bare eyes. And of course, so many shooting stars. If you stay there, you will definitely know what we are talking about. Thank you Keshia and Eric!
