Dry RV site located 5 miles from downtown Talkeetna in a quiet, easy-to-access, family-friendly neighborhood. Please note: There are no hookups. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Fish Lake Trailhead, offering a 0.7-mile hike to Fish Lake and its canoe portage trail. There are no dump facilities, water, or electricity on-site. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and generators are not permitted during those hours. There are two RV sites on this 1.5-acre property, separated by a vegetation barrier and a circular driveway for added privacy. Both sites are accessed via a large, RV-friendly half-circle driveway. The neighborhood is also adjacent to a 14-mile paved bike path and offers easy access to hiking trails leading to Fish Lake. This is a family-friendly property. No parties, please. To access the Fish Lake Trailhead, you can walk to the end of Dragonfly Hollow and cross the grassy knoll visible from the property. If you have a canoe, you can also drive to the Fish Lake Trailhead parking lot and carry your canoe approximately 0.7 miles along the canoe portage trail to Fish Lake. Tent/small rig campers tend to like seclusion of Site #2 and RV campers seem to prefer site #1 pull through. Site dimensions: • Site #1: Pull-through site measuring approximately 50 ft. x 16.5 ft., comfortably accommodating RVs up to 35 feet. • Site #2: Pull-in site measuring approximately 50 ft. x 18 ft., comfortably accommodating campers up to 30 feet. • Entrance gates are 11 feet wide. *We have added the use of shower and flushing toilet with hot and cold water.
