Pitch your tent (or rent one of ours) on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Green River. You will be surrounded by the unique landscape of North Eastern Utah.
The river is constantly changing so the exact location of the campsite is adjusted accordingly to provide the best experience for our guests.
You will have a private campsite with BBQ pit or fire ring, fire starter kit, and wood. There is access to a common area for latrine, dressing area, gravity fed solar shower, and eco-friendly toiletries.
The river is full of fun and relaxation. There are life vests, kid and adult kayaks, sand toys, and more available for rent.
The campsite is on the fringe of a large hay farm so you may spot farming in action.
Expect a 15-20 minute drive to downtown with many food, entertainment, and amenities offered.
There is a diversity of wildlife to be seen on site. It is a bird watchers paradise, don't be surprised if you spot a bald eagle, Canadian geese, peregrine falcon, cranes, meadow lark, red-wing black bird, and more! Depending on the time of year you may see deer, antelope, racoon, beaver, or the occasional skunk or coyote.

Camp Along the Green River
Ever wanted to camp along the Green River? We invite you to come stay on our property and experience it for yourself. Enjoy beautiful white sandy beaches nestled among cottonwood trees right along the river, where the only sounds you’ll hear are those of nature.
Guests can spend their time fishing, tubing, kayaking, or simply relaxing along the water. Depending on the time of year, the surrounding area is also great for riding ATVs or four-wheelers. At night, with no city lights nearby, the sky opens up to incredible stargazing.
We offer two different campsites:
• Riverside Site – Located directly along the Green River, surrounded by cottonwood trees and white sandy beaches, providing a true riverside camping experience.
• Family Site – This site includes a fence and gate between the campsite and the river, making it a great option for guests with small children. It also features cottonwood trees that provide shade from the summer sun.
During the summer months, mosquitoes can occasionally be heavy due to the proximity to the river. To help with this, we provide tiki torches filled with mosquito-repellent oil at both campsites—guests simply need to light them as needed. We also recommend bringing personal insect repellent for added comfort. If you happen to forget, we do keep some available for purchase.

We had an amazing time camping at Raspberry Ranch! My fiancé, our friends, and I spent the weekend enjoying the incredible views.
On Saturday, we visited Moon Lake, which was less than a 10-minute drive away. The water felt great, and the short distance allowed us to have more time to play in the sun!
The host was incredibly kind and provided water and electricity for our trailer. We absolutely plan on going back, and we all highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my time at wild wolf. It was a nice flat area to bring my small camper. There is a small fire ring fir when there isn't fire restrictions. There is a couple hammock type swing chairs that are really nice to relax in with a great view.

Nice spot in Jensen and close to dinosaur National Monument. The site was nice and being so close to the river was great. The water was chilly but refreshing. My dog loved swimming. The river sand was super soft. All in all, we had an excellent time and would love to come back. Kayla is super helpful and responsive. There was power and water at the cottonwood site, power was 120 volt extension cord.

It was lovely to be right next to the river and Kayla and Wyatt and their daughter Hayzlee were excellent hosts. The first day there was quite a bit of beach in front of our camper and our daughters loved playing in it. Then the water came up and there wasn’t as much left by the end, but that’s the nature of being on a river!
The Riverside campsite is pretty tricky to get into with a trailer… Just a heads up depending on the size rig you have and your navigating in tight spaces skills!
Kayla and Hayzlee and watched our dog for us two different days so we could go into the monument unencumbered.

Amazing spot! Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The beaches and sand bars were very fun to explore in kayaks, which Rebecca rents out for a reasonable price. We came in late May, and the river water level was fine, a good challenge for upstream travel but navigable. Rebecca was good with providing answers to my questions but had some communication challenges because it's a bit off the grid, so you'd likely want questions answered up front. It's a dream spot if you appreciate unconventional camping on the gorgeous Green River.

Peaceful camping spot! It was closer to the house than I thought, but the positioning of the spot made it completely private with our trailer and truck. Never noticed any noise from the home. The beach access was amazingly beautiful. Water was slow running so it would be great to paddle out onto. Bugs were not an issue like we expected. Kayla's communications were helpful and polite. Will stay here again on future trips to Dino!

Kayla was an excellent host. We had a delay getting to her property and she was communicative, and supportive of our late arrival. The site was simple, level, quiet, isolated, and the services worked great. We have no complaints, would stay there again, and recommend it to other travelers. As a bonus the property is only moments from Dinosaur N. M. and the Green River.

Overview
About
Traverse steep canyons and mountain peaks among the wilderness located in northeastern Utah and southwestern Wyoming. Elevations range from 6,000 feet to over 13,500 feet high. You could spend a month here and not see everything.
Start with Kings Peak, the highest point in Utah. Aptly named Gunsight Pass affronts the peak with its narrow gap between two mountains. A long, gentle hike on the south side Kings Peak leads to the top. The view is well worth it, plus you get to say you reached one state's high point.
Head to Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area next. Red sandstone cliffs overlook a reservoir near the Green River, hence the name.
Put in your boat to navigate the reservoir's many scenic inlets. Drive to a trailhead before hiking to the top of one of these cliffs. Wintertime is great for cross country skiing and snowmobiling.
Campgrounds abound in this national forest. Flaming Gorge itself has more than 700 individual campsites.

Beautiful campground! My husband comes here to hunt every year during deer season. He asked me to marry him on the dock. Very special place for our family!

Additional note: when it was opened in 2021, there was no charge for using the CG. I hope that will again be the case in 2022. It is VERY shady—if you camp here, don’t plan on having much sunlight for any solar gear.

This campground has been gated (locked) for several years. A sign states that it needs extensive rehabilitation and there is not budget for that. It was opened for the summer of 2021 while the nearby Lodgepole campground was closed. As of fall 2021, it was again locked. Don’t plan on using it without contacting the Vernal ranger district first to make sure that it is opened. If I observe that it is open this summer (2022) I will post that here. (I live in nearby Manila, UT.)

I loved this campground. It was well kept. We were able to pick a spot with a view. It was such a short distance to the gorge too. At the dock near the campsite you can rent different things like kayaks and go explore the gorge. It was GORGEous :)
