We’re transforming 46 acres of wild ranchland into a destination for adventure, wellness, and community connection — surrounded by peace, privacy, and BIG Texas cotton candy skies.

Nestled along the Nueces River with huge live oak trees and some of the best fishing and hunting in Texas, Riverfront RV Park is the place to stay!
The park was built in 2012 and owned by a family of avid fishermen, who now live in Rockport and enjoy their career as guides.
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Nueces Paddling Trail is about a quarter mile up river from the park and features a public boat ramp.
The terrain along the river has some nice rolling hills and nature lovers will appreciate the wildlife in the area.

Beautiful little piece of property. A fishing pier would have made it even better but we still had an amazing time. Neighborhood felt safe, also having the fence and gate added an extra level of security. All in all we had a great 2 day stay.

If you’re thinking about booking Miss Bee Heaven Ranch — just do it. This place is truly something special.
Our kids had the best time petting and feeding the animals and exploring the property. One of their favorite moments was collecting fresh eggs in the morning and eating them for breakfast — such a fun experience for them.
The hosts also hide eggs around the property with little surprises inside, and the kids loved searching for them every day. They had a blast riding the ATVs, playing on the playground, and just having so much space to run and enjoy the outdoors.
What really made the stay unforgettable was the hospitality. Emily and her friends treated us like family from the moment we arrived and made sure we could relax and enjoy ourselves.
They cooked for us every day of our trip — breakfast, dinner, and even fresh baked cookies — and everything was absolutely delicious.
We stayed in the RV, which was very clean, cozy, and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four plus our baby.
The biggest sign of how much our kids loved it? They actually cried when it was time to leave because they didn’t want to go home.
This wasn’t just a place to stay — it was a full experience for our family. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time at the farm. The pigs were cool to see on our tour along with some of the coolest chickens I've seen. The produce grown looked so good I'm sure it tasted amazing. Host was excellent and very informative about Freedom Harvest's mission.

This place was amazing! Bob and his beautiful wife were such wonderful hosts and so helpful. When we arrived, Bob was already there waiting to guide us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable. They made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to answer any questions we had. The campsite was so peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

The camping site is great and quite private (if you like your privacy). Bob, the owner, was quite respectful, knowledgeable, humble, quick to respond, and he even gave us a 15 gallon water when we ran out of water. He checked on us occasionally to make sure we were ok and that we had a good time. Great place to stay and go away from the city, reset, watch the starry skies, and be with nature.
At night my wife and I heard some coyotes and wild boars but none camp near our campsite but it does give you some thrill. We saw rabbits, turkeys, possums, squirrels, etc. Thankfully, we never saw any snakes even though we hiked around the property everyday and the creek. The river was nice and peaceful as well, great for fishing.

We had an excellent camping experience at Wooded Ways. Bob is very kind host, who is obviously knowledgeable and passionate about spending time outdoors.
The old, one-eyed horse was equally amenable. He stopped by for a bit after breakfast for some apples and good pats. My friend said that was the height of the weekend for him.
The property is still a work in progress (according to Bob), but the developed areas, where we stayed and the survival camp area, were very well laid out and taken care of. Excellent for “easy mode” primitive tent camping.
There some slight highway noise in the distance that’s barely noticeable in the quiet of the night, but light pollution is relatively low. All in all, the property makes for a great escape from civilization for a relatively short drive (from SA/Austin area).
We will definitely be returning in the future and even look forward to trying out a more rustic spot on the property.

Overall this was a great place to camp out. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Having full hook ups for our popup camper was nice too.
It was very peaceful, plus you’re super close to the water. The only thing that this spot is missing is a dedicated fishing pier. Fish is not bad from the pad. We managed one catch, but a fishing pier would be an absolute game changer! Overall I would definitely recommend this spot! Thank you letting me and my family enjoy your property sir!

We had a great time at Titus’ waterfront lot! The setting is great (right on Copano Bay) and the utilities are all in place for a super simple and relaxing time. The check in instructions were very clear and Titus was a great communicator. I would recommend booking this private waterfront lot and we would certainly consider coming back.
