Sites here come with water hookups, and more importantly to serious anglers, it’s the closest campground to the park’s fishing pier. A fish cleaning station is also nearby, so you can sanitize your pier catches before lugging them back to your tent (we think your fellow campers will appreciate that; close camping quarters mean overbearing fishy smells are rather unwelcome -- although a fishy smell may be unavoidable when you’re camping in a spot called “catfish cove”).
