We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit on each RV spot. Each pad is rented at $35 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from mid May until end of October. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. Although wanting to keep this campground in a primitive state, we will be adding a few updates in coming years. Pets allowed on a leash only.

Camp Paradise Vista on Venus is located at the end of a road which creates a perfect place for peace, quite, safety and privacy. This camp takes up a quarter of a 4 acre property. There is a vacation rental on one side of the property and this camp spot on the other. This property borders one of the largest and oldest ranches in the Paradise Valley known as the Story ranch. There are also a plethora of mule deer that roam the area along with the occasional coyote and even more occasional bear. Mountain lions stay up in the hills for the most part but they are around. A few are lucky enough to ever see one. There is room for up to three vehicles at Camp Paradise Vista. There is shelter with a picnic table, a campfire , when there are no fire restrictions, and plenty of room for tents and campers. Look out for rocks as camp Paradise Vista, rocks tend to grow and roll here!!! You cannot beat the views at this campsite. And it is only minutes away from the Yellowstone River and a thirty mile drive to Yellowstone National Park! There is only the one campsite on the property so you will have it all to yourselves. Dogs are welcome, but must stay in camp boundaries. This campground can become very warm during the days in the summer. There is a porta potty and a foot pump sink. No potable water available. If fires are permitted, it is mandatory that all guests dump three buckets of water from the big trough near the shelter onto the fire before turning in for the night. Quiet hours are midnight on weekends and 10 PM weekdays. Please be respectful of neighbors. And above all have a great time!!!

Primitive outhouse near the cabin So much to do - so much to see (moose and deer are commonplace). SUMMER: Access to private lake: swimming and fishing and boating (no gas engines allowed). Old canoe and 2 paddle boards can be provided. Private sand dune area for ATVs, with access to hundreds of miles of public land trails. St Anthony Sand Dunes, Civil Defense Caves, Ice Caves and Island Park Reservoir are all accessible on an ATV day trip. Yellowstone National Park is an 80 minute drive, though accessing the property requires a 5.5 mile drive on a dirt road, a total of 25 minutes from Ashton. High clearance vehicles are recommended. Campfire ring near outdoor kitchen for your evening gatherings. Lots of firewood for you to use - please don’t be wasteful. Please allow 72 hour notice for booking as we use the property frequently. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS for those who book: • Please no food down the drain in the cabin - please limit the amount of water as it is just a small French drain for the grey water • Electrical system is a solar system that can easily be overloaded. If the fridge is turned on, no other appliances can be used. And the small fridge can only be turned on during the day. No toasters, curling irons, blenders. • Please keep toilet lid down and toilet paper enclosed in the plastic container in the outhouse when not in use, otherwise critters get to it and chew it up. • There is no running water in the cabin. There is a large 5 gallon water cooler that can be filled with cold water for drinking. The smaller 2 gallon container can be filled with hot water for washing hands. •Adjacent neighbors have been complaining about renters being on their property. Do not walk over the berm or past fencing. Please obey “NO TRESPASSING” signs!

Backcountry ski in/out to Beehive Basin Trailhead from campsite. Utilities that are included: 50 Amp electrical hookup Wifi Internet Well water hookup and septic access Trash What to Expect: My wife and I live on the property with our dog Ted. He is very friendly and loves to say hi. There is private property surrounding us, so please be mindful of where you are hiking. Follow directional signs for parking once on site. If towing a trailer, it must be lightweight off road style, no bigger than 16' long. 4WD or AWD WITH snow-tires/chains/or really good all seasons is mandatory Access from Beehive Basin Road (plowed regularly but always snow/ice packed) No 2wd as the roads are too steep, even with snow tires. Space for one RV/Van or small camper trailer 16' If towing a trailer, chains are mandatory with a powerful tow vehicle as the roads around here are very steep and windy. Panoramic views of Lone Peak and surrounding mountains Guest will have access to fire pit area and wood fired sauna. Firewood provided Excellent cell service for most carriers Endless winter recreation right from your doorstep — ski touring, snowshoeing, and wildlife watching Good to Know: Again: 4WD or AWD with snow-tires/chains/or really good all seasons is mandatory Please come prepared for cold temps and snowy conditions Big Sky Ski Resort is 10 minutes away Town Center amenities (shops, restaurants, groceries) are just a 20-minute drive away Come experience the quiet magic of Big Sky’s winter from your own cozy rig under a star-filled mountain sky.
