Escape to your own private Northwoods retreat on 5 peaceful acres tucked away at the end of a quiet dead-end road near Parkland, Wisconsin. This spacious campsite features a large grassy meadow surrounded by trees, offering plenty of room for multiple tents, yard games, family gatherings, and relaxing under the open sky. Enjoy evenings around the fire ring, meals at the picnic table, and the warm glow of solar string lights as the sun sets through the trees. A short wooded path leads to a clean outhouse, providing rustic convenience while maintaining the feeling of being immersed in nature. Parking is located nearby for easy unloading and setup. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or an adventure-filled weekend, this campsite makes an excellent basecamp for exploring some of Northern Wisconsin's most beautiful destinations. Nearby Attractions Approximately 10 minutes to Amnicon Falls State Park, featuring scenic waterfalls, historic covered bridges, hiking trails, and swimming opportunities. Approximately 15 minutes to Pattison State Park, home to Big Manitou Falls, Wisconsin's tallest waterfall at 165 feet. My cat and I had a great one night stay. Stayed in a van and had just enough room to park it facing the wide open grass area before the ‘no vehicles past this point’ sign.

The Superior Glade
The site was really great! The glade was nice and open, plenty of space to use. The fire pit was really nice. The picnic table was nice and sturdy. There was drinking water provided which was a nice bonus. The outhouse was very clean and smelled great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and come back next time I’m up here.

The Superior Glade
This was a beautiful secluded site and a perfect choice for a big group of campers. We had 8 people (and 5 tents) and could line them all up and still have a massive field available to throw around a football and frisbee. The fire pit is the peak camping fire pit, great for making food and hanging around. The outhouse was very nice and clean. Jessamyn provided a few gallons of water which was nice and would've been perfect for a smaller group. Very secluded, we stayed on the property all weekend and only once saw someone drive by on a lawnmower xD

Lots of space to do stuff. Very clean and nice outhouse. Very quite when the sun went down. Our dog had a great time!

The Superior Glade
Jesaamyn has set up a great spot! A big mowed lawn with an amazing picnic table and fire pit and a brand new outhouse. If you are looking for a place close to Duluth, it is a great choice. You can hear the railroad and the highway so if you are a light sleeper, you might want ear plugs.
