We had the perfect time staying in Scott's tiny home on the river. Highly recommended. He is a gracious host and the dippable river along with spot to chill made this trip quite memorable. We floated from his place down the river to Carlton where there is a market for cold drinks and a great swimming hole. Twisp is about 10 minutes away for supplies. Perfection, just stay here. We will be back for sure.

It was a little toasty in the tiny house/cabin when we first got there. But once we settled in & got the ac going, it cooled down nicely. Well lit inside with string lights & a small USB lantern to move hang where we needed. Two of the sweetest barn cats visited us at dinner & again for breakfast. The river was great for paddle boarding (we brought our own), with a little walkway to our own private entrance to enter. Loved our little one night staycation.

We had an amazing time staying at Scott’s river camp. The Sauna is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The views are amazing, and Scott’s family are so nice and welcoming. We had an amazing time and we’d love to come back soon again.

We really enjoyed the tiny house. It was crafted with love and you can just tell as soon as you enter. It was very beautiful and functional. There was a restroom inside which was great. The stove, oven, and fridge were amazing. The separate bedroom space was so nice and comfy. Scott and Ali were very nice hosts. We had neighbors and got to enjoy a few campfires with them. The nature was to die for, there were so many different animals and the animal residence were good hosts as well. Overall if you love nature, love animals, and want a intimate stay this is the place to go. 10/10 and we definitely will be returning in the future .

Wish we would’ve stayed here the whole time during our visit to north cascades! The site was absolutely amazing. A few grassy flat spots to choose from to pitch a tent. About 40 min drive to the national park. The river porch was perfect for meals while gazing at the lazy river. Very private and the shower was such a wonderful treat!! Best part was the sweetest little cat visitor to keep us company during our quick stay!
Definitely would stay again and next time hopefully we’ll get to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge!

My daughter and I had such a super stay at this HIP camp (our first time doing HIP)! We took advantage of the outdoor shower, enjoyed the view of the river from the covered porch while we cooked dinner on my Coleman stove, and especially appreciated the flush toilet ☺️. The friendly pup and two kitties were delightful.
We recommend tubing on the Methow River, browsing the ships in Winthrop, and dinner in Twisp at Tappi (reservations required)!

Scott was very nice and welcomed us even after our late arrival, he showed us around the tiny house and recommended places for breakfast and shopping. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lovey tiny home. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting the area, Twisp is a charming little town to explore.

Wow, what a great spot. Any more amenities and this might be considered glamping! The space is super well maintained and the flush toilet and washing up sink were very much appreciated. Scott and his family are charming.

Scott’s place was everything in the pictures and more. Beautiful scenery, friendly people and even friendlier animals. Scott is very accommodating and adventurous, he has lots knowledge about the area. Him and his family have built such a cool spot. Would 100% recommend.

Hope you like cats getting you in the morning, a dog snuggling with you in the evening and a super cute tiny home. Staying at Scotts property was a much needed getaway.

First of all, Scott was so kind, helpful, and accommodating by letting us check in a bit earlier! The spot is in the middle of the hills, there are mountains surrounding it and it was so beautiful and peaceful. There’s two cute cats and a dog that are friendly and love all the pets! There are steps down to the river where we enjoyed our coffee and thank goodness there was a plug in for our kettle right by the sink. The bathroom was also very nice and clean, the door is cut in half so you can do your business with a view! Or not, but u have the option. We are very grateful to Scott and will definitely come back to spend a few more nights because one was just not enough!

Loved staying on this beautiful land. Enjoyed hanging out on the deck listening to the river and sleeping under the billions of stars. The extremely hot sauna and cold plunge was very healing. And would be remiss if I didn’t mention the sparkling clean outhouse with flushing toilet. Perfect place to glamp out for a night or two if you are exploring the valley. Thank you Scott and family!

Delightful spot on the river, delightful host, delightful kitties and pup. Clean campsite with truly an amazing cedar outhouse/flush toilet and outdoor on-demand hot water shower. 50amp electric hookup made it easy to plug in an EV and pitch a tent. Don’t miss the Finnish sauna, it elevates an already special place to something truly exceptional. We hope to be back again.
