Our stay was wonderful. The property is beautiful and Richard and Kathleen were very nice hosts. We are already looking at dates to go back. The sites were spacious and our two kids had plenty of room to explore.
Richard also gave us some great options to go explore around the area.

My kids, dog, and I loved camping on the property! It was such a beautiful meadow where we could wander around and explore. There was a perfect spot to set up a tent, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and Silver Lake was close by so we were able to hang out at the playground there, too!

My wife and I had a splendid weekend at Evergrin. Rich and Kathleen are super hosts, kind and mellow. We had a great time chatting with them about their farm and the local area. The photos of the meadows where we camped were as beautiful and spacious as their posting represents, and the campsites well-dispersed so it just felt like the wide-open spaces that we often want for camping, but rarely get. We will be going back this summer.

We stayed only one night as this was a last minute trip. Nice place & host. Close to Mount Baker.
Fire pit provided, open area (field) to pick where to set up, and nice picnic table. Would stay again.
To note: Since this a a field, sound carries and you can hear other guests if they are talking loudly. Good thing to keep in mind for your own family for other guests. Otherwise, perfectly peaceful and you can hear several varieties of owls at night.

Was a great stay! Came in late and was super helpful with guiding us in. Richard and his wife were super friendly. Gave us great recommendations. Was super great to chat to. They have the cutest family of puppies. I don’t pick favourites but bear was pretty cute. Had a nice fire with the wood he was able to supply. Can’t wait to come back.

Rich’s land was the perfect peaceful jumping off spot for checking out the north side of Mount Baker. Clean outhouse, good space to spread out from other visitors, and Rich was very friendly and suggested great spots to check out while in the area.

Richard is a wonderful host! He made sure to check in and see if I needed anything, and offered more. He’s full of great conversation and his land is stunning. If you get the chance to meet him, and his crew of the friendliest dogs, you won’t be remiss. Will be staying again!

Had an amazing time at Rich and Kathleen’s campground. The big campsite was perfect for our kids to run around. They checked on us everyday, brought us firewood and fresh eggs, and gave us good advice on some local sites. Really an amazing experience with great hosts. Already thinking about planning to return next year!

I was only there for the night and left at dawn, but I wish I could have stayed! It was a beautiful, quiet field with wild bunnies and lots of birdsong. A great jumping off point for hiking in Mt. Baker but close to Bellingham for shopping and restaurants if needed. Richard was helpful at check-in, but didn’t hover. The outhouse was clean and ready to use when I arrived.

We had a really great time at Evergrin. Richard is really friendly and helpful!
The camp sites are spaced far away from each other and provide lots of privacy. Place is well maintained and clean. One thing to note, 2 of the 4 sites have really nice shade and the other 2 are in the sun all day mid summer, can be quite hot on a sunny day, those might be really nice in the cooler weather!
It was nice and quiet at night, no traffic sounds, no farm animal sounds or smells nearby, lots of fresh air, beautiful and peaceful.

It was such a beautiful space where the kids in the pup could get their energy out. Great place to sit back and relax by the fire, and the proximity to the northern Cascades is fabulous. Rich is such a lovely host who makes his own prize winning jams.

Beautiful open field, mostly private, pretty scenery. Very clean outhouse, well water available to use and Richard was super helpful and checked in on us upon arrival and departure. Firewood available for purchase on site. Lots of area to choose from when pitching your tent. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing stay! Rich was a kind and attentive host who was accommodating to me and my energetic pup. We had a blast playing fetch in the field and just enjoying the view. We'll be back when the weather is clearer for more Mt. Baker adventures!

We loved car camping here! Rich is very responsive and the site is beautiful and expansive. The trees on the perimeter provided nice shade when it was warm and our dogs loved running around. The provided fire pits were easy to use and move as well. We look forward to coming back!

Richards land is absolutely perfect! Beautiful view of the night sky and so peaceful. Richard was more than gracious welcoming us, even though we booked at 1030 pm, as we needed a last minute place to stay. We will definitely be back! Rich and Kathy were very gracious hosts! Their land is incredibly beautiful and we had a lovely stay, including our 9 lbs dog. I think she had the best time of all, running through the field. We will be back :)
