Wake up to wide-open skies, river views, fresh air, and the slower pace of country living. After a day of hiking, water sports, or exploring, come back to your own private slice of the Columbia River Gorge. This site is shared with a private residence and offers a level of calm and openness that’s hard to find this close to town. You’re perfectly positioned for adventure in every direction without sacrificing privacy or breathing room. Site details: • Full hookups (power, water, sewer, trash) • Private setting shared with one residence on the property • Easy access to trails, river access, and town Good to know before you book: • Back-in site up a hill, best suited for confident drivers • Arrive before dusk for easiest setup • The Railroad runs below the property, and while charming in many ways, it honks periodically. This spot is absolutely awesome! Nike, the host, is an incredible person. She gave us super helpful recommendations on spots to go in the area, and they were all hits! She even invited us to her dance fitness class, which is absolutely sick! We are two teenage guys with no dance experience, so we didn't really know what to expect, but it was SO fun. Nika is a great instructor and made it super engaging and welcoming. Not to mention, that I think half of the town showed up to the dance class… she runs a great business! The campsite itself is also fantastic. It’s in great proximity to the town, while still feeling peaceful. It also has sick river and mountain views. Overall, Nika made our experience in the Hood River area absolutely amazing. From dance classes and hiking recommendations to a wonderful property to stay on, it was all a hit! If we are ever in the area again, we know where we will be staying!

We had a great stay at Nika's spot in Bingen. It's centrally located to cool spots in the area like White Salmon and Hood River, making it a great place for a home base while you explore. Nika was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations while we were there. The site has a great view and is clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back!
