Nestled in the mountains of north-central Vermont, 74°W is the perfect base camp for exploring the surrounding area. The property offers ample space for self-contained vans and RVs, plus access to our MTB park and MX club track. Please note: Potable water available Currently only self-contained units allowed • Pack out what you pack in. • No open fires without a Solo Stove. • Propane or Solo Stoves only. Quiet hours 10 p.m. to 7 AM • No pets. • Please help keep the property clean for everyone. We also offer a 2019, 28-foot toy hauler with full hookups that sleeps 4–6 guests comfortably. It includes a deck, picnic table, and griddle. Please note: No pets and no smoking in or around the RV. Amenities & Activities: Disc golf baskets at the sites (please leave discs in the baskets when finished). Dirt jump lines and wall ride available at all times. MX track access during select hours 11-4 after signing a waiver and making a club donation. Property rentals available for track parties, private events, and exclusive gatherings. Catered events available. Vermont's heritage shines through in every community, offering endless opportunities for adventure.
