Our home offers a convenient and comfortable spot for RV parking or backyard tent camping just minutes from Texas A&M. • Prime Location: Across the street from a university bus stop with quick access to campus. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. • Amenities: 30amp hookup, water, and internet provided. Fenced backyard available for friendly dogs. • Property: Quiet neighborhood on 1.5 acres with plenty of space to relax. Guests are welcome to use the fenced backyard if traveling with friendly dogs. • Family Atmosphere: It’s just my wife, our 1-year-old daughter, and me at home. We also share our space with some chickens, a dog, and a cat — so animal lovers will feel right at home! Whether you’re here for the game, a concert, or a weekend getaway, our place offers a safe, welcoming spot close to the action.Parking is just on our driveway, there are brick pavers off to the side, or they are welcome to park on the grass if they prefer to be off the driveway. The area is shaded by large oak trees, making it a comfortable spot to relax during your stay. Amenities include: - 30-amp electrical hookup - Water access - Trash can available for use - Backyard access with firepit for evening hangouts (guests welcome to use) Please note: there is no sewage hookup available.
