Tremendous place to camp and stay a while! I’ve camped for years and have never enjoyed a quiet campsite that had delicious meals just a stroll from my camper door. What a convenience. And on occasion they have Karaoke. Fun stuff. They have a robust menu board that includes breakfast and dinner/supper. Worried about dessert? They have you covered.
Need a cabin? They have those. Need a shower? They have those for popup and tent campers.
“Everything you need, nothing you don’t. “
As for the town -it’s between two great state parks: Palo Duro and Caprock Canyon SP.

Loved the place a lot! It had such a welcoming atmosphere and it’s a very well taken care of park. Owner Makes sure that your stay is the best one possible and the restaurant on site has very reasonable prices on food so if your ever hungry I would recommend giving them a try. The place is also easy to get to and at night the stars are amazing to look at as well. This is certainly the number one place to call camp if you’re going to any of the state parks or just passing through for a night.

Beautiful stars at night with very little light pollution in this area. Friendly staff. Clean bathhouse and laundry. Smooth, flat, grassy areas for tents. Would stay again!

Great place to go see Caprock Canyon. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The sites are pull thru with full hookups. A food truck on site with tasty food.

Truly a cozy gem. The container had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The land is peaceful and beautiful, especially the sunsets, which were absolutely stunning. Having a food truck on site was a huge plus, and the food was delicious. The hosts were super attentive and made the experience seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely keep this place in mind for a future stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Absolutely lovely and clean RV park. We made a last minute reservation and were able to pull in late, settle in, and slept uninterrupted for the entire night. Very quiet and safe location with clean and accessible bathrooms and showers.

We stayed here for 6 nights on our way out west for the Winter. The owners of the campground are very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated our needs in every way. Our spot was really nice and level, with a cute fence to define our site. the campground is kept very clean and neat. the bathrooms were clean but the water was really not hot enough. The food truck they operate is right there on site, and was really nice considering it's literally the only place to eat in Silverton. Pet friendly (on leash) with plenty of open space to walk and play. Having the laundry facility on site was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed staying here and highly recommend!

I loved how clean the Bunk House was. Especially after a few days camping and driving from NY to TX. It was a relief. The owners are great people; friendly, and inviting. They also do food there, which, hands down, best wings. They even catered to our order from my wife and I of no bread since we're on a carnivore diet. The cleaning fee might seem higher than other places, but, you definitely get your money's worth. Wonderful place, and I would definitely recommend it. I hope this helps their business. These people definitely deserve it.

This is a very well kept rv park with cabins, a very nice laundry cabin, a clean shower and even a food truck with a pretty extensive menu. The tent camping area is a wide open area and worked well for my self contained set up. I would highly recommend as a stopover for Colorado-Texas Texas-Colorado travel. It was worth the short detour from the main routes.

We were only here for a short overnight stay, but our host was very accommodating. She allowed us to park in what was not a usual space for campers, so that we could have access to the playground table to reorganize the cargo in our truck. Short stay, but the location was quiet and we were impressed by the neat and clean bathrooms and laundry area. We would come again.

The host was very cheerful and helpful. I loved the fact we could have our pups there with us.
The first night we stepped out and were amazed by the stars. We could hear the coyotes howling in the distance.
It was a 10min drive to the state park. Lake MacKenzie was beautiful.

David's campground was so peaceful and beautiful. It's near a road but that has very little traffic so road noise is not an issue. We arrived to his place very late and
he was kind and understanding about that. They have the cutest little His and Her bath house! It's very clean and the shower is the best. A huge bonus is that David and his sweet wife run a food truck right there on property called The Briscoe Bite. The prices are very reasonable and pretty much everything is made from scratch. Everything we had was delicious!
I highly recommend this RV park if you are ever traveling to or through the area. We will definitely be back next time we go that way.

Quiet atmosphere. Perfect for traveling introverts. Toilet, shower, laundry. The internet is a little slow. Good place for monthly and parking. Need a little more attention on playground, sun umbrella needed! 🙂
