Easy to get to and pretty views. It got pretty windy because it’s very open land but it was not a huge issue.

Great spot close to Big Bend to enjoy amazing views of the stars and wide open space of West Texas. The firepit, benches, and gazebo structure made camping very comfortable.

The site was really clean and peaceful, beautiful sunrise and sunset in the middle of the mountain! We booked 1 night at the beginning and ended up booking 2 more because we loved it. Sky was full of stars too, pitch black and complete silence!

Good leveled lot with plenty of bench seating around. The stars were amazing at night! It is about 2 miles of dirt to get here but it’s doable even without a 4x4. Our 25ft RV made it there with few hiccups. Complete dry camping so make sure you pack in and pack out. No restrooms or trash bins so make sure you come prepared!

We had a wonderful quiet stay at David’s campsite. The site is very large, plenty of room for our 27’ trailer and truck. It seems like an ideal set up for larger groups. Everything was in great condition and the site was very well taken care of. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
