Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
The sites overlook the beautiful Canadian River breaks to the north with wide open skies to the west and east to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. These are rustic sites with no improvements. We are just getting started with this so you’ll be able to help us from the ground up. If we are not in a burn ban you’re welcome to have a campfire. There will be opportunities to call up a wild coyote or watch some mule deer or an occasional antelope stroll by. You could even be awakened by the horses on their way to water in the morning and we can set up some horse riding if we have enough notice to schedule time off from the 9-5 haha. As described
It was just as described, it’s an open field with cows and horses, and a cute little pony. No frills, but it was what we needed for passing through. We set up we slept and left.

Camping with animals
The sunset and sunrise were beautiful, the horses came to visit and they were very sweet and our young daughter was in heaven! It is an open and beautiful place to stay for the night. We had a momma cow come up in the morning mooing to say hello with her baby calf’s. All in all would recommend!

Easy to find, just off the highway. Beautiful stars! I was the only camper there and woke to the horses grazing around my tent. Would stay again

Tyler's land was absolutely amazing and I will probably stay there every time I pass through Amarillo if it's not booked up. The land was beautiful and was a great spot to set up camp. The stars are amazing out there and it's nice to be accompanied by the horses. Ted is the coolest and smartest dog I have ever seen in my life. He stops you as you come in and gives your truck a sniff and knows exactly where to go and leads you right to the spot. He is truly amazing. Can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience!!
We absolutely loved our stay. The horses were so friendly and entertaining. We enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep (after the very bad storm moved over) and having the space all to ourselves. Tyler is a great host and we would love to come back and visit again.

Ted the dog was our highlight! He led us right to the camping area, even when we arrived late at night. Tyler the host gave thorough instructions as well.
