Welcome to Calm Water Cove — where nature and Lake Travis meet. This two-acre property is the perfect escape to unwind and reconnect, all while staying close to city conveniences. With 600 feet of private waterfront, you’ll feel worlds away as you soak in the peaceful surroundings and abundant wildlife. Whitetail and axis deer, peacocks, ducks, geese, and even a colorful macaw parrot are frequent visitors — it’s like your own private nature sanctuary. Outdoor adventures await nearby. Lakeway City Park is just a couple of miles away, offering walking and biking trails, pickleball and volleyball courts, and open spaces to unwind. For more challenging terrain, explore the Hamilton Greenbelt or Mount Lakeway mountain biking trails. If you prefer city comforts, the Lakeway and Bee Cave areas offer shopping, dining, spas, and entertainment — all within minutes. Downtown Austin is about a 35-minute drive. On-site, enjoy the three-hole disc golf course or take out the complimentary stand-up paddleboard. For an extra-special experience, inquire about a captained sunset cruise on the lake. Within walking distance, you’ll find Graveyard Point Icehouse, a laid-back local favorite featuring live music on most weekends — a perfect spot to enjoy a drink, meet locals, and soak in the lakeside atmosphere. RV site overlooking scenic Lake Travis with plenty of space to back-in and maneuver. The site includes 20/30/50Amp hookup. There is no onsite sewage/water so you must bring water and take sewage. There are dump stations within 10 miles of property. You have direct access to swimming, fishing and standup paddle boards. There is a table with chairs and firepit that doubles as cooking grill (when fire ban is not in effect) or you can utilize the gas grill to cook. The proximity to town offers convenient base for quick getaways to nature and lake activities, perfect for relaxing weekends or short vacation.

Step inside the 31’ 1985 vintage Airstream, lovingly preserved to reflect its retro charm. The cozy main room sleeps two comfortably, with a foldout couch that accommodates an additional one to two guests. Host was awesome. Showed me around, had some fun yard games set up and kayak/paddle boards he let us use. Nice and clean spot next to the water!

Airstream At Lake Travis

We loved our stay at Dave’s property! The airstream was very cute and comfortable and the lakefront property was gorgeous and felt very private. Dave was very kind and responsive and left a few amenities like paddle boards and firewood for us to enjoy during our stay. We are planning to book again for another weekend getaway and we would recommend this site to anyone. Thanks for hosting us!

Very comfortable. The Airstream is in amazing condition, everything works. The views are stunning, the water was calm and warm. Its a private area and the host was lovely. 10/10

Me and my 2 kiddos had an awesome stay here! The host was fantastic, he even had lifejackets and a paddleboard for us to use. It was great being so close to the lake having access to it. Would absolutely recommend and we will be back again!

Dave was very easy to communicate with during our whole stay. He met us at the site and showed us his property, even when we arrived in the evening hours. He left water, trash bags, and propane for the grill and had several things to use during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
