* Unfortunately, our camper was struck by lightning and started a small fire - it is a total loss! I'm leaving the listing up so our past guests know what happened when they look for us. * Bring your bike or take a walk in the country. Wake up early to see a beautiful sunrise and sip your coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. Or enjoy a glass of local wine while sitting outside and watching the beautiful sunsets turn into a starry night sky. There are local wineries, museums, Texas Tech sports, the First Friday Art Trail, shopping, and many other activities just a short drive away.We are homesteaders with chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, and horses. Each year we try to ad to our animals, grapevines, fruit trees, and small garden. In this area, you can see horny toads, quail, pheasant and deer, as well as beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and a night sky full of stars.

The perfect stop for me

I’ve stayed several times here and plan to again! This time around Lynnea was particularly accommodating considering the frozen lines and I am so very grateful for her flexibility!

Lynnea was very responsive to all my emails with questions. Trailer was well stocked and she and her husband came to greet us and show us how to use the propane and were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe, in the middle of nowhere....This was a great inexpensive option for a busy graduation weekend where hotels in Lubbock were price gouging. Please note that this is located about 14 miles from downtown Lubbock. Pretty views and peaceful surroundings.
