Located 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, near Kiawah and Johns Island, 3 Wadmalaw acres with a special area for adults to park a 20’ or under to park. Owner lives on site along with 4 goats, chickens, ducks and and lots of bees and is quiet mindful and nature oriented and aappreciates the same.

This ‘75 original yellow stone is brand new to me and is an as-is offering as I start the renovation process. Outdoor shower for now and a porta potty for now. On a mini farm with goats, ducks and chickens. Because I am a solo traveler, I am accepting solo female travelers. Sorry no pets. Three nights minimum stays. And would love month to month for, perhaps, someone working one of the areas resorts.
