This special property pampers you with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spacious workshop, a fireplace, a hot tub, a copper cold plunge, a pool, and multiple decks to take in the breathtaking scenery. You are located just 7 minutes from downtown Ashland.
The Space
Illuminate offers an extraordinary home, a studio apartment, and a dedicated workshop space. The main home features two levels:
• Upstairs: An open and airy layout featuring the main living room, kitchen, and dining room. Three bedrooms sit down the hallway: two with king beds and one with a queen. The master suite includes an attached bathroom and a Smart TV.
• Downstairs: One bedroom with a private entrance, a queen bed, a double futon, a separate bathroom, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The Outside Studio:
For those seeking extra privacy, the fully stocked studio includes a queen bed, a sleeper sofa for two, a Smart TV, a kitchen, and a large soaking tub.
The Workshop:
The featured workshop is a stunning space perfect for yoga, meditation, dance, circle time, or group retreat activities.

Illuminate is designed for year-round enjoyment. Dive into the custom pool and lounge outdoors in the summer, or cozy up by the fire and soak in the 6-person hot tub overlooking snowy peaks in the winter. Spring and fall offer equally glorious vistas.

And ever quicker to get onto I-5. We absolutely respect your privacy and you won't even see us after we greet you and show you around. Sometimes we are not on site as well.
