I am very disappointed with my recent stay. I booked this trip for a relaxing family vacation, but unfortunately, it was ruined due to several issues.
The BBQ provided with our cabin was dirty and not working. We had already prepared and brought marinated food specifically for the BBQ, but despite reporting the issue immediately, no replacement was provided during our entire stay. Instead, we were told to use the BBQ at another cabin, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. As a result, we faced difficulties preparing our meals.
To make matters worse, one of the two days of our stay was rainy, making the unusable BBQ even more disappointing. We also experienced loud music from a nearby cabin until around 1:00 a.m., despite your quiet hours policy, which disturbed our family’s sleep.
Overall, the lack of support, failure to replace the BBQ, and disturbance from other guests significantly affected our stay. I raised these concerns during my visit but have not received any compensation or resolution. I believe fair compensation is appropriate for the inconvenience and poor experience my family endured.
