Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
No cleaning fees! Centrally located between downtown Asheville (~25 minutes) and downtown Hendersonville (~15 minutes), and close to Exit 44 on I-26, this cabin is set on 6 acres of tree-covered hillside, where you'll enjoy seclusion and serenity. The cabin features three bedrooms, a loft, and two common spaces with sofa beds. There's plenty to do, including relaxing in the hot tub, gathering around the fire ring, playing air hockey or foosball, enjoying board games, and more! The Space A covered deck allows you to enjoy views of the woods and nature in comfort. The deck also features outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill. A children's bedroom has full-over-twin bunk beds, while the loft and family room offer sofa beds for additional guests. Foosball and air hockey tables in the common areas provide fun for the whole family. Gather around the fire ring for a campfire, or explore your own 6-acre wooded hillside, dotted with rhododendrons, mountain laurel, and holly trees. Hike to the top of the property for a picnic while enjoying views of the surrounding mountains. At night, cozy up by the corner fireplace in the great room or relax in the hot tub on the lower patio. When it's time to turn in, unwind on Nectar or Puffy foam mattresses in the king and queen bedrooms, dressed with organic cotton sheets for a restful night's sleep. The cabin is set on a hillside, so the driveway is steep. However, it is fully concrete and accessible to all types of vehicles. Guest Access You'll have access to the entire cabin and the 6-acre wooded hillside during your stay. Other Things to Note Please note that the gas fireplace will be turned off while air conditioning is needed, typically from late April through early October. The driveway is fully concrete but steep, especially if you're not accustomed to mountain roads. Guests with all types of vehicles have successfully accessed the cabin; we simply don't want the incline to be a surprise when you arrive. No cleaning fees!
