Year ten for campers at our Farm! We hope you find the peace and beauty we've had ever since we fell in love with this property in 2012. We have welcomed a number of people from across the US as well as from several other countries. We love to share our beautiful, organic farm with friends and family as well as strangers-to-friends through Hipcamp. Take a day, weekend, or week to enjoy time in our special space! Pitch your tent or set up your camper in the primary sites next to or near the creek. 360-degree views of the mountains with famous Cold Mountain and Mt Pisgah among the views to our South. There are two large fire pits for the chillier nights/mornings and to use for cooking. We can supply firewood, as needed, for a small fee. It's best that you request firewood when you book your site: we don't allow your own firewood or fire logs. We have access to clean water as well as flowing water in the creek. No portapotty at this time. Check out the pictures for other views. For hikers or mountain bikers: Chestnut Mountain Nature Park includes trails for both interests just 10-12 minutes away from the Farm. The Berm Park is part of this wonderful network of multi-use trails. Waynesville has a new bike park for pump track and BMX bicyles. It's open to all family members. There are also a number of other trailheads within 45 minutes of the farm to include Little Sam Knob Trailhead and the Art Loeb/Cold Mountain Trailhead off of Hwy 215 (for hikers) and Hard Times Trailhead in Asheville for bikers and hikers. Take a look around before you come for other outdoor possibilities in the area to enjoy. Learn more about this land: We live in Beaverdam Community just north of the town of Canton. We adore our land and do our best to preserve and care for the natural beauty around us. At the farm, June is firefly month and late September/October is leaf-peeping season (no need to drive to see either of those!). We have stunning views to wake up to and babbling of the creek to lull you to sleep.

This is a gorgeous creekside grassy parking area on the edge of the farm property. Beautiful sunset views in the mountains and dark skies for star viewing. Wonderful camping spot near Asheville! Most hospitable and friendly hosts!

Sadly, I only had one short night to spend at the farm as I was passing through to the Smokies, but it was a wonderful stay. Kelly was very communicative and met me around 10:30pm to show me to my site. The farm is beautiful situated between mountains with rolling hills and a small creek running beside the site. It's only 20 min to Asheville, 10 to Canton, and 1-1.5hrs from a ton of great hiking. Best part was Kelly let me pick a couple quarts of blueberries fresh from the farm. I look forward to spending more time next go around!
