Our 42 acres includes meadow, forest, and 600 feet of riverfront to rugged travellers willing to brave the steeply wrinkled landscape to its banks. The varied landscape encourages diverse types of wildlife. This Amish-built cabin is only 20 minutes from Utica and 5 minutes from the famous Herkimer diamond mines!Unplug in this tranquil, off-grid, wilderness sanctuary encircled by vast, open lands and the charm of nearby Amish farms. Loft has a queen bed, and is it's own room but is open to the downstairs, separated by a railing instead of a wall. The living room has twin bunkbeds, and a queen futon. There are drawers for storage associated with each bed. This is a 625sqft cabin with half loft. The open layout makes the space feel bigger, but results in less privacy.
