Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
This camping spot offers a peaceful escape from everyday life while remaining close enough to town for a quick supply run. Pitch a tent, roll out a bedroll, hang a hammock among the trees, or sleep in your vehicle. This is a pack-in, pack-out site. There is no running water or bathroom facilities on the property. There is cell phone reception. An open fire pit and a steel-contained fire pit are available for use. We recommend using the contained fire pit, although experienced campers may use the open fire pit responsibly. Fire extinguishers and water are available on-site to ensure all fires are fully extinguished. Guests are welcome to collect any cut or fallen deadwood around the campsite for firewood.This camping spot will get you out and away from everyday life but close enough to town if you need to make a quick run for supplies. Pitch a tent, roll out a bed roll on the ground or sleep in your vehicle.
