Conveniently located near gas, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, a bank, hardware store—basically everything you need! Unlimited Northern Maine experiences are at your fingertips, with access rights to over 5 million acres. Hunting, fishing, hiking, and golf are all nearby. Minutes from civilization or nature—it’s your choice! Enjoy the Northern Maine woods however you like. The land is located on the Appalachian Trail and an ATV access route. Baxter State Park’s north entrance and Shin Pond are just a hop, skip, and jump away! Plenty of parking space for your camper of choice, vehicle, and tow trailer (perfect for hauling ATVs/UTVs!). The camper hookup site includes 50-amp power, well water access, and on-site black/grey water disposal. Brand new and ready to enjoy!This site is beautifully affixed on a level gravel compacted pad to allow for quick and easy hook up to electricity. Easily access new well for fresh cold mountain water. Guests will enjoy spacious parking on site.
