The campground was quiet, clean and comfortable. Showers clean with easy access. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this spot to other campers.

What a lovely respite for three, weary, summer travelers. Terriann was attentive and so accommodating. Met other guests who are frequent visitors here. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The host was very accommodating in helping us choose a site with shade for our one night stay as we passed thru the area. The site was level with a nice concrete pad and picnic table and full hookups. Quiet and serene we only wish had time to stay another night.

Quiet and peaceful place. Lovely ponds. Well maintained grounds to walk. I stayed in spot#25. The host was not available in person due to an emergency but all was handled very well on a phone call. I would stay here again.

We had the best spot overlooking one of the ponds. The swans were a beautiful addition. Site was perfect: level, large, and a pad with the table. Super quiet stay; and full hookups were cleanest and best installed my husband had ever used!

Teriann was great to communicate with via email, and even better in person. She set us up with a site via messaging on here, but then allowed us to get an even better site once we arrived and saw her face to face.
I was only there for one night as I was on the way through town heading home on a roadtrip, however - the property is beautiful and well maintained. Bath house was clean and accommodating, and I would definitely go back again.

Nice, clean and quiet campground. We stayed while we attended a baseball tournament in Jacksonville. It’s only 6 minutes to the ball park from the campground.

Beautiful, quiet and well-kept. It seems like a hidden gem although it’s easy to reach via I-72. Great amenities such as hiking paths, 2 ponds, watercraft and great, full hook-ups. Teriann was very responsive and accommodating. We cannot wait to stay here again during the warmer months. If you’re looking for a great spot for all the outdoor things within driving distance from Springfield, IL, check out this place!

We had a great little weekend at Buena Vista. We can during the off season in November and it was very quiet. Would love to come back in summer when everything is open. Caught a few bass in the small lakes. Love all the RV sites with a lot of grass for the dogs to relax.

My husband and I loved this campground and we wish we'd had time to spend a couple of days here to explore and really relax!
The grounds are well-kept. All the facilities are clean. The RV sites are spacious. There is some highway traffic noise, but it dies down at night. And due to the "dark skies" policy, we got to see a couple of hours of the Perseid Meteor Shower well before midnight!
The pond is a lovely feature to complement the rolling hills and mature trees.
We recommend Teriann's land, and hope to visit again on future RV trips.

Our stay at beautiful views was awesome. The owner was incredible and gave us personal tours of the property. There were swans that just had babies on the property so we got to see them too! The place was beautiful, clean and simply a lovely place to stay. We highly recommend this RV park for a quiet, peaceful stay.

This was our very first camping trip with our new travel trailer, we are total newbies but Teriann and her assistant were both very accommodating and friendly. The views were great and the sites are very user friendly. We definitely would recommend and will visit again!

We were passing through on our way home from a cross country trip and spent the night at Buena Vista Farm, we were glad we did! Terriann was wonderfully accommodating in offering us our choice of a few available spots. The facilities were well maintained, the common area was great. We felt well cared for even though only there for a quick stay. I’ll keep Great Views in our rotation for the next time we pass through! Thanks, TerriAnn!

This was my second stay at Buena Vista as it is an excellent layover location for my Michigan to Arizona migration. I decided to stay two nights this trip and checkout the 9 hole K’s Creek golf course, and really glad I did. The course was very nice and Buena Vista was quiet. Set up next a group of trees near the water was very tranquil with lots of happy birds. This RV resort will in the future always be on the itinerary for two nights.

Its easy to see the love that Terri has for her property and campers. BEST family campground we’ve visited. The grounds and amenities are meticulously maintained, Terri goes an extra hundred miles to ensure a great time for the kids. Games galore, playground, paddle boats, telescope, she even brought the kids popsicles and stops by to chat. Security cameras gave us extra peace of mind w the youngins runnin wild. Thank you BVF for sharing your beautiful place with us

Great place! Very nice layout and lots of available things for the kids, basketballs and court, horseshoes, common building, fishing with free kayak & canoes , hiking trails. Bathrooms where nice with showers. Laundry room available but price is not marked for cost, I think it’s $2. Would go here again!

Wonderful campground. Well kept sites. The bathrooms were very nice with plenty of space. The host was always very responsive and helpful. Very quiet location but close enough to a town with everything you would need. Enjoyed fishing off the dock. We will return here for sure.

We absolutely loved Buena Vista Farms. Our lot next to the dock was fantastic - clean, beautiful and large. The shower house is incredibly nice and clean, and the people (both owners and guests) we’re all very friendly. There is so much to explore and do for people of all ages. We can’t wait to go back!
