Waterfront RV Sites with Private Boat Ramp and Slips Enjoy waterfront RV sites featuring a private boat ramp and boat slips. One camper, located beneath a pole barn, sleeps up to four guests. Amenities include a shared bathhouse, laundry facilities, full-size refrigerator, ice machine, fish cleaning stations, observation decks, and a grilling area. Guests are welcome to have leashed pets on site; however, pets are not allowed inside the camper. Please note that RV sites are back-in only.

Water Access RV Spot 1B

RV Spot 1B is adjacent to our private boat ramp allowing you to launch your boat just yards from the river. Guests have access to all common areas such as an ice machine, gas grill, bathhouse, laundry equipment, full size refrigerator, three observation decks, and two fish cleaning stations. *Dockage may be available for an additional fee - check with owner at time of reservation in order to reserve dock space. Spot 1B can accommodate up to a 40' RV and has full hook up to water, sewer, and electric with 20-30-50 amp connections.

Water Access RV Spot #2B

RV Site 2B is adjacent to our private boat ramp and one of three observation decks. Our private boat ramp allows you to launch your boat just yards from the Steinhatchee River. Guests have access to all common areas such as an ice machine, bathhouse, laundry equipment, full size refrigerator, gas grill, and two fish cleaning stations. *Dockage may be available for an extra fee - check with the owner at the time of making your RV spot reservation to reserve a boat slip.

Site 1 consists of compacted limestone and is closest to Palm Street for easy access. It is back-in only with plenty of room for up to a 45' RV with additional room for your tow vehicle. Site 1 sits directly next to the Steinhatchee River and is adjacent to one of two observation decks and docks. You will have access to the shared bathhouse, shared ice machine, shared grilling area, shared laundry equipment, and shared full-size refrigerator.

Waterfront RV Spot #2

Spot #2 is located on the Steinhatchee River and adjacent to the two shared Observation Decks and dockage. This spot can accommodate up to a 45' rig and is back-in only. The spot is level and made of compact limestone. A fence separates this spot from spot #1. This spot has access to the shared bath house, shared ice machine, shared fish cleaning stations, shared laundry equipment, and shared grilling area. There is enough room at this spot to accommodate your tow vehicle.

Waterfront Camper At Sawgrass Point

Site 3 is a 25' camper that sleeps up to four people maximum. No pets allowed. The camper sets along Horseshoe Canal that connects to the Steinhatchee River. The camper is housed beneath a large pole barn which provides ample shade. Guests in the camper have access to all shared amenities such as: two observation decks, docks, fish cleaning stations, bath house, grilling area, laundry equipment, ice machine, and full-size refrigerator. Shared laundry equipment, ice machine, and full-size refrigerator are located beneath pole barn which means other guests will be walking through pole barn as necessary. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS INSIDE THE CAMPER.
