Hi Hipcampers and Farm enthusiasts....We are a small hobby farm with many goats and chickens...When the time is right you may find yourself helping Mike milk the goats or collecting eggs...If farming isn't your thing, we are just 2 miles away from historic downtown DeLand and SkyDive DeLand another 10 minutes will get you to Either Blue Springs or DeLeon Springs...Plus we are 30 minutes to Daytona or New Smyrna Beach...The choices are endless here. Your RV site is directly in front of our goat field with your own side entrance. We have potable water and electric hook up for your RV...Sorry no dump station available at this time. Park your RV on your own private site. We are a small 3 acre farm with your site being on the east side of the property. We have a shared charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit for you to enjoy. Also a hot water shower sink and toilet We have chickens, roosters and goats...You may hear the roosters crow at night! So if you like the sounds of the country great if not, bring ear plugs... We are pet friendly and fully fenced so your animals can run free...Just no chicken eaters please! They are welcome just don't let them run free and eat our birds. Flat level parking for your RV. For Tent Campers this is a primitive site... DeLand is a historic town with beautiful Stetson University just 2 miles away...Plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner. All Campers need to arrive before dark!

The wagon is equipped with RokuTV, Toaster Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Maker, AC/Heat and Full size futon...The Wagon measures 8x14 so it is definitely small but you will feel comfy and cozy in the beautifully finished home an wheels. We are centrally located just 2 miles to historic downtown, Skydive DeLand, 15 minutes to both Blue Spring and DeLeon Springs and 30 minutes to both Daytona and New Smyrna Beaches...You will never be out of things to do here...Plenty of fishing, surfing, sightseeing to do. We are a small farm with 3.5 acres...We allow 3 tent sites and 1 RV Site on our property with 2 Airbnb's...It is private but can fill up around the holidays and special events...

We had a good time at this farm hip camp. George (the donkey) and Dixie Bell (the donkey) always came over to have my wife give them some attention whenever she went out. Mike and Kathy were great host. Thanks for letting Cindy try to milk the goats and for the piece of goat cheese.
