This beautiful 40 acre partially wooded property offers room to relax, fish, and unwind — while staying close to Gainesville and the area’s top attractions. Close to UF, Gainesville racetrack, 3 beautiful springs and the towns of Alachua, High Springs and the city of Gainesville Florida. All an easy drive, less than 20-30 minutes away. We live on the property and the owner was born here so he knows the area like the back of his hand. We have 40 acres we would love to share with visitors to the area. If you’re visiting Gainesville, attending the Gator Nationals, visiting the University of Florida or enjoying the nearby springs this is the perfect location ,we are less than 30 minutes from it all. We have a beautiful and large well maintained pond. You can fish or just relax under the old oak tree on its edge. The barn has a shared fully equipped kitchen , bathroom and a large patio to sit and enjoy the view of the pond and the old oak tree. Park your RV or pitch a tent and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer.

Donna was so accommodating for my friend and I to reserve and check in quite late (10pm!). We decided last minute to get out of GNV on a Friday night full of partying college kids, and were welcomed by Donna and her husband, Floyd. The stay was so nice that we will be coming back asap! We were given a tour and told to have at it. We chose to car camp and it was so peaceful and safe that we were able to sleep fully in the open.
