Easily walk down town or just enjoy nature. This tiny home is off grid but luxury style. Full kitchen, half bathroom, composting toilet you maintain or pay a fee for us to. You may see bear, bunnies, deer and more all in a day! Two full beds- one room and a loft. Perfect for a digital detox! Bonus add on sound healing, yoga, massage or more.Off-Grid Tiny Home by the River, situated on one acre in Historic District. Cozy solar-powered tiny home just a short walk to the river and downtown Collinsville. Features a full bed, loft bed, and eco-friendly composting toilet, which you will need to maintain as listed in the welcome letter. Guests use only earth-safe products to keep the land pure.
